Hello! Welcome to the homepage of Limitless Graphics! We're a pre-made layout site, although we do offer some other things beside layouts. The goal of Limitless Graphics, better known as LG, is to provide unique and clean layouts for people to use. We originally began as a graphic site for role players, but we shut down a few months afterward. I recently reclaimed ownership of the site and now am running it alone as as a pre-made layout site for everyone, not just role players. LG was originally started in August 2011.Above you'll see different labeled tabs in dark green. Click on them to navigate through the site. If you notice anything wrong, a typo, or if I layout isn't working right, please let mail know by sending me a Neomail. To the right of this textbox you'll find a envelope. Click on that and you'll be directed to my userlookup.
Hopefully you'll enjoy the site! Let me know if you have any ideas to help better LG!
2/16/2013: Re-vamp of the site will be taking place soon! Content will be updated, new site layout will be put up, and more pre-mades to come!
2/16/2013: Possibly looking for one or two staff members! Mail me your examples!
2/3/2013: There are some new layouts that I've put up since re-starting the site! The newest, which I finished today, is a Warriors cat guild layout.
This site does have a set of rules, because theft and other such issues need to be deterred. Don't worry, they are very simple and you don't have to do anything.
01. Do NOT remove the credit on these layouts, under any circumstances. Failing to provide credit where credit is due will result in me believing you stole the layout. If I find that people are stealing my layouts, I may shut down the site. Please don't steal. This is my hard work and I'm giving it to you without getting anything in return. The least you can do is give me credit.
02. I don't mind at all if you use my pre-mades as a base. All I ask is that you please credit me if you do this. You're also welcome to just change around colors/headers/etc. However, I don't require credit if you only use certain small sections of my coding to learn from (but please don't just copy the code and just change the colors, try and make it your own). I want to encourage people to learn how to code for themselves! : ) Of course, credit is still appreciated if you use my coding to learn from, but not necessary.
03. Please don't beg me to make you a custom layout. I've pretty much stopped taking requests altogether these days, except for guilds I own/am apart of or for my friends. There's plenty of other sites out there every bit as good as mine, most better, that take requests. Check to see if one of them can help you out!
04. I love suggestions on different types of layouts I can put on my site for people to use! if you have one, please Neomail me! I will also accept certain requests, yet ONLY if the layout can also be used as a pre-made on the site.
See? Not too hard to follow! My apologies if I sound strict.
Here you'll find a few random banners, buttons, and maybe even some guild logos! I'm working on getting more made, so sorry there isn't much to see.

Here you'll find a few quick tutorials on certain aspects of either coding or graphic design. Feel free to us them! No need to credit me, although it is appreciated. Neomail me if you want to learn how to do something that you don't see here already! If you're having trouble figuring out a tutorial, please come to me with any questions and I'll try to explain.
While the opacity filter for petpages no longer works, there is a way to get similar result. To the left, you'll see an example of how this hover textbox effect will work (drag the image to URL for larger view). You'll notice that only the background changes, but the text isn't effected. There's no way to actually make the text transparent, but there is a way to get it to do something close. I'll explain that later, after I've covered the background.
For the background, open up your image editing program (either GIMP or Photoshop). Fill the canvas white or whatever color you want your textbox to be. I recommend beginning with a 200px by 200px image, though it can be any size. Set the opacity of that image to somewhere around 50-70% (in the example image, I have it set at 60%). Save that image as a transparent .PNG. In Photoshop, hit "File" and then "Save for Web & Devices". If you're using GIMP, go to the top menu and click on "Layer" then "Transparency" and then "Add Alpha Channel." Just save the image after that as a .PNG. I don't actually use GIMP, so if you're confused, there's tons of tutorials on saving transparent images elsewhere around the web.
After you've saved the first image, open a new canvas and do the same thing, only make the transparency on this image anywhere from 70-90% (it's set at 80% in the example). Or, if you don't want the hover image to be transparent, you can skip this step. I'll explain later how to have a solid background with just using the color's HEX code.
Upload these two images and you're ready to begin coding! Here is the full code that you will be working with:
Basically, you code everything else like normal. For the background of the textbox, put the URLs of the images you did before. Under "#box," you put the first image that is more transparent. For the second image, put it under "#box:hover". Just replace my image URLs (or you can use them, too, if you'd like to skip the image-making process of this tutorial).
Extras: If you didn't create the second image and just want a solid colored background, replace the hover code with background-color: #FFFFFF; and it will give you a solid white background. You can also change the HEX code (the #FFFFFF) to match with whatever color you made your original image. Another thing you can do with this code is to make it appear that the text in the box is also becoming more visible when you mouse-over it. For example, if you put #777777 instead of #000000 for the font color under the box DIV the text will become gray. Then you can add color: #000000; under the hover DIV for the box and the text will change to black when you hover over it.
And you're done! You now know how to create hover textboxes. Congrats!
Hello! I'm Mango, the owner and founder of Limitless Graphics. I used to run the site with a few other staff members, but they have all either started their own sites or no longer come on Neopets often. Now it's just me! : ) We also started off as a pre-made/requests site for role players, but the pre-mades are now for everyone. Most of my layouts won't specifically be tailored for role players, although some will be.
I started coding and making graphics about four and a half years ago. I'll admit, my early work was pretty ugly. I used MS Paint (-shutter-) and didn't have a clue what I was doing. Since then, I hope I've gotten progressively better. I use Photoshop to make all of my graphics now. As for my knowledge of HTML/CSS, it was all self-taught (with help from some tutorials on here from time to time). I learned from LOTS of trial and error. If you're looking to became coder or graphic designer, just remember these things don't happen overnight.
Graphic design and coding probably appealed to me because I really like art and anything creative. Writing story snippets and creating fictional characters is also another pastime of mine, which is the reason I started role playing. Although I don't role play as much as I used to, I still try to as much as I can. Currently I'm co-owner in a medieval fantasy role playing guild called Albion.
Thanks for reading through my bio!
