Welcome to the Happy Zappers homepage! We are a special type of adoption agency whose mission is to grant as many dream pets as possible. In order to do this, I've assembled a team of zappers to zap well-named pound pets into your dream pet. We take requests on our request boards and through neomails. So far, we've granted over 290 requests this way - with pets ranging from Faeries, Islands, and Robots to simple Striped, White, and Camouflage.

We're very proud to do what we do and bring smiles to so many Neopians' faces. Even if you don't have a lab ray, please help us spread Neopian kindness! If you ever see someone seeking their dream pet, send them our link! We always want new requests and new zappers - and can't do it without you! • You can only make one request per person.
• Your request has to be SPECIFIC, i.e. Maraquan Chomby or Pink Cybunny.
• We do not accept gender requests. Please work that out with the zapper granting your request.
• Your request cannot be a Draik, Krawk, Lutari, or Ice Bori, as all are rare or impossible to zap/transfer.
• Also, since the following colors can't be zapped from the lab ray, you may not request Plushies, Pirates, Royals, Babies, Usukis, or Quigukis.

To make a request, you have two choices:

1. Make your request on one of our request boards, put up a few times a month, in the Neopian Pound boards. The boards are typically entitled "Request Your Dream Pet Today!". You can make your rule-following request there. If you make a board request, you must post 'Zappy Happy' before your request, so we know you've read the rules. For example:

2. If you can't make it to a request board, you can neomail your request to me, Aithne. All of the aforementioned rules still apply, except here, you MUST put "Zappy Happy" as your subject. I may not respond to your neomailed request, so wait a week or so, and if your request hasn't been added to the list, neomail me again. I will ignore your request if it doesn't have 'Zappy Happy' in the subject!

We always welcome new zappers and look forward to continually increasing our ranks. To ensure that all of our zappers are committed, we do require that you neomail celticessence a short application - nothing fancy, we just want to make sure you're not applying just to get your name bumped to the top of a request list.

The requirements to become a zapper are simple: have at least one lab ray, an ability to join a guild on one of your accounts, and a desire to have fun chatting with like-minded people while helping others get their dream pets. Simple, huh?

In your app, be sure to mention:
• Why you want to join.
  
• How many Labs you have.
  
• If you have any additional talents/hobbies.
• Have you done this sort of thing before?
• How did you hear about us?
• Do you see yourself as a permanent member?
• If you're accepted, which account would you like the invite on?

***Remember, we're a Zapping Agency, not a chat group. If you want a guild that has fun activities and chatty members, perhaps we're not for you. We zap pets, and grant pets. Nothing more. Therefore:

If you can't or won't join our guild, we can still use your help! We have a separate category for these unique zappers: Shadow Zappers. Shadow Zappers, while not official Happy Zappers, are an integral part of our agency. They zap normally and grant off of our list, but do not belong to our guild. Shadow zappers are invaluable, and some of our most prolific granters. If you wish to become one of these, simply neomail celticessence!
