Welcome to the Charter Clothing Exchange program. This is the Wishlist section dedicated to the users of Charter where they can list which Paint Brush clothes they would love to have. The CCEP board can usually be found on the Charter board & if
youd like to be added, just make sure you post on the board with the clothes you would like to have. If you have clothes you would like to donate & would like to be added to the Storage Section of the CCEP, then please let me know since i now take care of that page too. These pages are user owned and operated and therefore NOT a paid premium service. One is neither entitled nor should demand to be on these pages. The storage page can be found Here Now with some of the more common FAQ Q: How does this page & program work? A: This page works as a wishlist for users wanting to add certain Paint Brush clothes to thier closets. Basically users will use this page to see be added & to see if anyone would like the pb clothes they no longer wish to have. They could contact the user themselves & simply tell them "I noticed you were looking for Royalgirl Kougra Clothes, i have some to give to you". If you would like to be added, please post on the CCEP board with whatever your looking for. Please be as detailed as possible. Simple stating i want some kougra clothes" will not get you to be added, please tell me which specific clothes you are interested in getting. Thank you Q: Can i send such and such person the Island Poogle clothes i have on a Red Poogle? A: That's now how it works, in order for the clothes to be transfered with the pet, the pet would need to be the same coliour as the clothes. Island Poogle Clothes will only transfer with an Island Poogle, any other Poogle used will not carry the clothes over. Q: Can i buy these clothes in shops? A: Im sorry, you cannot. These specific clothes are special & can only be obtained through painting your neopet with a Paint Brush, zapping them with the Lab Ray, Using a Morphing Potion, Flask of Rainbow Fountain Water or using a Fountain Quest. They are also non-tradeable & cannot be removed for your closet. That means they are non sellible & non tradeable & the only current way to give them away is through transfering them with the same coloured pet. Q: I have some Robot Kacheek clothes, but i dont have a Robot Kacheek pet & the person i want to give them to doesn't have the pet either. What do we do? A: This is a very common asked question & the best way to achieve this is by finding a 3rd person that would be willing to lend out thier Robot Kacheek pet to be used as a body transfer. The person wanting the clothes would have to find someone that they can borrow the pet from. The 3rd person would send the pet to the person with clothes, then that person would attach the clothes to the pet & transfer the pet to the person wanting the clothes & then after removing the clothes, the person would send the pet back to the original owner. Q: Id like to be added to the CCEP because im looking for certain clothes. Who would i need to contact? A: That would be me. Simply post on the CCEP board or contact me here dark_wil Q: I have some clothes to offer i no longer want. Who do i contact? A: You would contact the person who handles the storage section.
