Tutorial
Start with your picture, any picture. And open it up woth Preview or whatever comes up when you open it.

Then you have to shrink it to pixel size. Go to Tools, Adjust Size and shrink it to 10x10 mm like this:

Save it. Then open it with Painbrush or MS Paint. Zoom in 800% so it is easy to see and work with.

AGGHHHH! It's a big jumbled pixely mess! So now to make it nice and perfectly pixeled. How do we do that? with the dropper tool. Use the dropper tool to... Let me see how I can explain this... so it has less-colors. Less pixely bits. Here's what I mean. The bow is mostly red and it has that dark outline. so, get rid of the wishy-washy sort-of-red-not-really junk and make it all one color. I'll show you on the bow. Choose a nice dark color for the outline and a nice light color for the fill. Here's where the dropper comes in. Use it to pick the colors and color it in. See?

So continue to do that! Fill in the whole picture the same way. So it should finish to look something like this:

So now use white, but make it completely opaque. Grey is nothing on PB and on MSP.

So you will end up with a nice pixel. Save as something like "pixel.usul-nail-polish" or some sort of thing like that. There you go, a genuine kira pixel!

Ok I'll admit this isn't the BEST pixel I've ever done, but it's still mine! All pixel sites have ups and downs!
