Rules!

Please follow these rules, or I will not rate your userlookup!

1. Please do not beg, or send me more than one neomail asking to rate your userlookup.
2. If you do not get an 8/10 rating or higher for your userlookup, then you do not get one of my awards. Do not whine if you don't get my award! You may try again though, with a different userlookup.
3. NO PREMADES! I will ignore neomails asking to rate your userlookup, if your userlookup is a prfemade.
4. Please read the application questions below. They do not have to be in your neomail, but you will get a lower rating if you do not answer the questions.
5. I do not theme rate! (that's not actually a rule, is it?)
6. If you would like your userlookup rated, send me a neomail with the title "flyingpicklesareonthelooose!". (if you can think of a more creative title, then go ahead and use your own) :)

Application Questions!

These are the following questions that should be answered in your application neomail to me:

1. What program did you use to make your userlookup?
2. How long did it take you to make your userlookup?
3. Where did you find out about my userlookup awards? (I'm curious) :)
4. Why do you want my award?
5. Do you give out userlookup awards? If so, it would be appreciated if you rated my userlookup too, since I collect userlookup awards. :)

I will still rate your userlookup if you send me a neomail with none of these questions answered, but you will get a lower rating for not following the rules.
