It was a usual day here in Metroville, nothing was out of the
ordinary. The regular bad guys, crimes, and saving the day for the
super's. But something wasn't right about it, it almost felt too
usual, like something worse was beckoning in the shadows. No one
really put any thought to it-they just went on their usual
save-the-day theme. Well, that something was sure something alright,
cause it would change the lives of thousands.

While monitoring the city, as Elastiwolf always did when she wasn't on a crime, she stumbled into an old abandoned hotel. What brought her in was the faint sound of struggling that echoed through the hallways, she had to check it out. The place was dark and grungy, it seemed that it had been abandoned for years. The walls were cracked and hollow, rodents were herd scavenging inside them. Dripping water also chimed in to the silence, along with the creaking of the floor under her paws. She wasn't alone, no, transparent voices seemed to get quieter and louder randomly, and the feeling of something following her wasn't too reassuring.

Straight down the hall from where she stood was a tall old gothic
style door, it wasn't shut all the way, and a green murky light
seeped through the cracks. She tilted her head some to the left,
flattening her ears and squinting her eyes, what could be in there?
She debated going any further, the sensation of adrenalin started to
kick in and pump through her veins, just by thinking of what could be
behind that door. Of course, curiosity took over, and she began to
slowly approach it. As she neared the door, the floor boards were
vibrating with an electric pulse that seemed to get more intense as
she got closer. The smell was not very pleasant, as the air was thick
and heavy.

There she was, her nose not an inch from the door. She slowly looked
in through the crack, as the door was not completely shut, and what
she saw was unbelievably horrible. She froze with fear.

How is his pulse rate? Said a medium sized old man, a white coat
running to his knees, white hair at the sides of his head. Normal,
Sir, Replied another man in a white coat, he was younger and taller
than the other man. The younger one sat at a computer like desk with
a large monitor and the older one stood before a huge cylinder shaped tank that was full of greenish blue water. It was what was inside of the tank that questioned Elastiwolf, an irregular sized man, he seemed to be twice the size of Mr. Incredible himself! There were wires and hoses attached to him, a breathing mask to his face. Every few seconds bubbles would come from the face mask and rise to the top of the tank. What were they doing?

She thought to herself for a minute, looking around the room more.
And just as she thought that she had seen it all, she thought wrong.
It was horrible, her jaw dropped with fear, and her eyes widened as
she was rendered speechless. More tanks, dozens of them side by side and inside of them were supers! I recognized each and every one of them, too. What were they doing inside those tanks, why did they have tubes attached to them? Then she put two and two together; the tubes went from the supers tanks to that guys tank, those people must be stealing their super powers!
Completion at eighty-nine percent, Said a computer voice. The older
man smiled and seemed to be pleased, Wonderful, our ultimate villain will soon be complete, thanks to the stolen powers of the supers, he spoke with greed. Once his words registered in Elastiwolf's head she grew very uneasy and angry at the man. Doctor, his completion rate is going up fast, Said the younger man in a surprised voice. Completion at ninety-three percent, Sounded the same computer voice again.

Elastiwolf was growing anxious and more angry, she could not contain
her rage any longer as she burst through the old wooden door. The Doctor turned around quickly and gasped, Elastiwolf! He shouted. Her eyes narrowed at the old man in the white coat, she grit her teeth and let out a long deep growl, lowering her head. Release the Supers, now! She immediately demanded of him, taking a step towards him. Or what? What will you do? He paused with a smug face, It is too late for them, He had made some sort of hand signal and an alarm sounded. Suddenly the super wolf was surrounded by armed men, she was at gun point.
The old man took a few steps to the side and placed one hand in his
pocket, then adjusted his tie with his other hand, I am Dr. Saitou,
I've been working on an experiment for several months now, He pointed towards the larger tank behind him, And soon, the whole city-no, the world, will bow before my feet, The greedy smile came again, the one that angered Elastiwolf the most. My experiment is nearly complete, you see, He said, pointing up to a big screen that read: 'Completion at 96%' the one the computer voice informed of. Elastiwolf knew what was going on, and she somehow had to stop it. . .but how?

Dr. Saitou paced in front of the tank with his hand on his chin, But there is one more ingredient I need to complete it, He seemed a bit troubled, then looked over to Elastiwolf with a smirk, And that is
yourself, Elastiwolf. Her eyes widened with fear, the thought of her
powers being taken from her was pure terror. No! You will not take
my powers, I am the last Super left and someone must be there to
protect the people from your horrible creation! She snarled, digging
her claws into the wood under her feet. Forget the people,
Elastiwolf, they are as good as dead, He mused. Once my creation is
complete, there is no turning back. I could release it right now if I
wanted, and you would still be no match for it, but if I did add your
powers, then it would be invincible. He smirked. Well too bad
Doctor, you are not taking my powers without a fight, She said to
him with pride. There is no need for a fight, my dear, as I have
already won, He gave his assistant a small nod, and his assistant
had pushed a button on his computer. Elastiwolf looked around rather
alarmed, something was fishy.
Before Elastiwolf knew it the men around her had thrown heavy chains
on her and tied her legs together. She fell to her side with a thud, and before she could whip her tail around at them, they had tied her tail down as well. She grew even more furious, but as she struggled an electric current ran through the chains and send jolts through her body. The high voltage weakened her greatly, but she still continued to growl and snap at the nearby men. Every second she grew weaker, but with every second she refused to be contained and have her powers be used for evil. Just the thought of her own powers destroying all she protected was enough to keep her going. The men began to panic as she still struggled, the chains around her body began to warp and bend. One man got too close and she got a hold of his ankle between her large jaws, growling as the taste of blood filled her mouth.
The man begged her to release his ankle, but she just clenched her
jaws tighter, feeling the bone snap in half. Another armed man shot at her, but the bullet grazed her eye. She was caught off guard as they fired at her, and they were able to pry the injured man out of her jaw. Tie her up, lock her down! One man ordered, as more chains were thrown over her and bolted to the floor. They were successful, and she could barely move. They had also raised the voltage going through the chains, temporarily paralyzing her. Well, some fight you put up, miss Superwolf, One of the men nagged, kicking her in the side once. All she could do was growl as they walked out of the room, Dr. Saito was the last to head for the door, Stay put, wolf, im not done with you, He grinned, placing his hands in his coat pockets and leaving.

It had been hours since Elastiwolf had been chained to the floor, and
she was beginning to lose all hope. The only thing she could move was her eyes, and she had been studying the tank for some time now. In the tank was a extremely large man, his massive muscles looked unhuman and his face was somewhat of a blur. The only part of his face that was visible was his mouth, he wore a frown, an almost sad look. Now this brought questions to her, why would a being that was created for destruction be sad. After pondering for awhile it came to her, this being that was made up from the powers of the super's was reflecting the emotions of them as well. She had already found one
flaw in his perfect experiment. Within the powers of the supers
contains great emotions, emotions that one could not control when
used for wrong.
Completion at ninety-eight percent, Said the computer voice again.
It was then that Elastiwolf knew she had to do something, and quick.
Lasti, you there? Said a quite familiar deep voice, it was faint,
but she knew who it was. It came from the pendant she wore around her neck, as it wasn't only for show, it was also an industrial communicator. Batou. She said in a sigh of relief. Woah, you don't sound too good, something up? He asked. Yeah, long story. She paused, Do you think you could help me out, im kinda . . . say, chained to a floor. She said bluntly. Seriously? You hang tight, ill be there in a bit. He said, knowing her position due to the transmitter that was implanted on the pendant as well. A weak smile came to Elastiwolf's muzzle, Good 'ol Batou, She muttered.

Not even a full 15 minutes had passed and Elastiwolf herd a
helicopter pass by, and she knew it was Batou. How he could get in
unnoticed was all up to him, but she knew he could find a way.
Meanwhile, in front of the old abandoned hotel stood Batou and his
Tachikoma, which was a small futuristic tank about the size of a
family sedan. So this is the place, 'eh? Batou said, walking up to
the door. This is the location I received transmitting from, Mr.
Batou, Said the Tachikoma in its normal childish voice. Analyze the
building, find out where the most activity is coming from, Ordered
Batou to the Tachikoma. Roger! Said the Tachikoma, and a few
seconds passed before word was said. Near the back of the building,
first floor, Then said the Tachikoma. Got it, well use our optical
camouflage to sneak in the building, c'mon, Said Batou, who became
invisible along with the Tachikoma. Their optical camouflage abled
them to go unseen and blend in with their surroundings.
They came to the same hall Elastiwolf did, seeing the old gothic
style door and the faint green glow. Batou then drew his gun, slowly
creeping along the walls. Elastiwolf herd footsteps in the hallway,
and knew Batou had made it. The Tachikoma scaled ceiling, its
spider-like abilities allowed it to do so. They had came up to the
door, which was half way open. Elastiwolf couldn't see anyone in the
hall, but she herd footsteps. Lasti, hold still, Said Batou, who
came around close to her. Batou? She said, puzzled, then remembered his optical camouflage ability. Careful not to touch the chains, you'll get electrocuted, She warned him. Got it, He said, walking up next to the large tank. He studied it for a moment, then walked over to the computer. His great knowledge with technology came in handy, and he had the electric current turned off.
Hurry Batou, I don't know when they are going to come back,
Elastiwolf said eagerly. Who? Asked Batou, An evil doctor, She replied. Works for me, He said, turning off his optical camouflage and breaking the chains off her with his hands. She sat up and shook off the tingling of the electric current, Thanks, She said. No problem, Said Batou, wiping some blood away from the ridge of her
brow where the bullet grazed. Looks like you had it rough, what
happened here? He asked. Well, to put it into basics. An evil
scientist doctor captured the supers, and stole their superpowers.
She said, suggesting the many tanks they were surrounded by. Batou
looked around with a hard face and nodded for her to go on. Well,
the reason he is stealing the powers is because he made an invincible
being, and he merged all the stolen powers into that being, which is
what you see in that tank in front of us, She informed. Batou then
shifted his gaze to the large tank, And let me guess, he wants to
take over the world and slay all of mankind? He assumed. She nodded, Yeah, pretty much.
Batou had gotten himself familiar with the master computer, and the
Tachikoma read the raw data from the computers hard drive. He is
stuck at ninty-eight percent, but the computer is showing no signs of
error, Batou thought aloud. What does that mean? Elastiwolf asked. Means its this guy whose stopped it, He patted the large tank.
Thats right, all the combined powers of the supers are too much for
him to handle on his own, which means he is very much aware of what
is happening, She said, gazing into the tank with squinted eyes. It
almost looks as if he wants to say something, She added with a soft
tone. The -disallowed_word-C) Frou Frou/ Revits
