SKETCH ART TRADES: This is a messy-colored sketch drawing. It will either be sketched via pencil or thru photoshop. I can do an art sketch trade with anyone ^_^ Please contact me, lilazianii for Art Sketchie Trade.

HIGH-QUALITY ART TRADES: This is a full colored, clean line art, artwork. Whether or not I will want to do an art trade with you will depend on the quality of your artwork. This is because I tend to spend lots and lots of time on these. I *may* need to see your WIP (Work In Progress) before I proceed onto full-coloring/lineart. Don't be afraid to ask for my WIP as well (I usually post this up). Please contact me, lilazianii if you would like to make a HQ Art Trade.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What's an Art Trade? An art trade is when I draw a picture (mostly of your neopet) in exchange for your own art (of my neopet). It's a nice way to get practice and encourage artists all around.

Are the artwork free? Why yes. I don't ask for anything. They're totally of no cost. It'd be against the rules to ask for stuff. I just ask you not to use the art for: any contests or applications.

Why are you doing this? Because I like to draw. And I need some incentive to practice :3

What tools do you use? A regular lead pencil, Sakura Pigma micron pens, a kneaded rubber eraser, sketchbook & wacom intuos3 tablet (yay!). The pens are great for inking and the kneaded eraser is THE BEST eraser EVER. I usually just sketch out something, scan it in, lineart and color with Photoshop :3

How long will it take you to complete an art trade? It depends. Easy pets with simple anatomy like jubbys, chias, kikos or meercas are quick to do. Art Sketchies takes about 1-2 weeks. High Quality Art can take from about a 2 weeks to 2 months... Just a word of caution; it may take a while before I get your artwork done! I get lazy sometimes ^^

Can I link the image from your host? Yes, please. I will supply you with a code. Should you lose it and need it again, neomail me. However, if you choose not to, you can host it on your own server. But you cannot edit the image (ie: remove my username or etc).

Do you draw anthro pets? Sometimes. I usually draw quads (easier to do) but if you request an anthro, I can try *_*

Can you draw for my petpage application? Sorry, no. I'd like to only draw for pets you own.

Can I use your art for Beauty Contest, Art Gallery, etc? Sorry no, I'd like you to use your own art for those types of contests. It's against the rules too. Plus, I'm doing this for free and it wouldn't be fair at all. However, I reserve the right to use the fanart (if I feel like it) for the Art Gallery - in these cases I'll remove any customized clothing/markings on your pet. I will not use the fanart for any Beauty Contests.

Will you do the Beauty Contest again? I don't know. Maybe only when I have a not-so-popular species pet. It's hard to win gold x3 Plus it's a lot of work, advertising! I'm so lazy ;)

Laziiness the Zombie Draik

I've redesigned Laziiness's look to go with his Zombie look, so the old Ref Sheet and adoptable doesn't apply. You may use the large sketch on this page (on the right) as a reference. Laziiness' name was not a typo by mistake. For some reason I spelled out his name like that and thought it was cool ._. And now I'm having second thoughts. LOL. Anyways, he was one of my very first pets...so I'm keeping him no matter what!

He was originally a regular blumaroo. I then painted him Halloween, then started zapping him a bunch, which then he became into a Snot Meerca. As a Snot Meerca, we did get a nice Petpage Trophy (for our petpage on Snot).

After that, I decided it was time to make Laziiness permanently into a Draik. This happened after customisation and so I decided he'd be a good candidate for my customisation fancies. :D

laziiness old design He was morphed a tad early, on Sept 5th, 2007 before Draik Day. Green Draik Morphing Potion = 2.25 million nps

Laziiness was Painted Desert on Oct 25, 2007 (25th day of Collecting, Y9 - 7:13:03 pm NST). Lost Desert Paint Brush = 930k.

Then, Painted Pirate, thanks to Fountain Faerie on Halloween 2007.

Then, Painted Shadow on Jan 7 2008 (7th/Sleeping/Y10). Then, Painted Zombie, thanks to Fountain Faerie again! He is now the Zombie Draik you see today.

I did give laziiness a petpet, a kadoatie (it was originally for Irrelation but she decided vehemently against it). Fortunately, laziiness loves his kadoatie, Psymeow. *pokes* YES, it's a real kadoatie! :D
