Added a new section for banners: under construction! Some people use it as revamp, so I'll put them as the same category. There will be two banners with the same image. However, the only difference is that one will say under construction and the other will say revamp.
Added 2 new Neopet icons!
So, I never realized I was still using the wrong year. Oh silly me.

It's finals week! That's why I've been pretty busy and not updating much. I'm sorry, guys! D: Friday is a non-student day, though, so I'll have time then to work on some stuff!
