Every now and then we managers have these meetings where we discuss how we can improve the malls etc. (boring as cucumber, but the coffee's free ;)) So instead of neomailing all of you about what was said, we decided to put it all up on a petpage. The latest protocol can be found at www.neopets.com/~Mall_News, be sure to check it out if you haven't already. A REMINDER FOR those of you who haven't updated your banners lately. Do it as soon as possible or we might have to kick you from the mall. Thank you. Mall Updates from Dragon I've made some slight changes to the mallpage. The guild links can now be found on the right-hand side of your screen. This is simply because I couldn't make it fit where it used to be. I also took a couple of hours of my precious time (...NOT!) to fix all the mall tables. They still look the same, but are more symmetrical. As far as possible, every table now has the same template. That's all for now and...oh, what's this? OMG, Terrie made me manager of Mall A?!?!? *gasp* What a surprise...Well then, I will do everything I possibly can to handle the mall in a similar fashion as Terrie over the past years. Hopefully this will take a huge amount of work off her shoulders, so she finally can get some deserved rest and possibly focus more on her own shop. »No guts, no glory« a fool once said... ~Dragon Mall Guild link added Since Terrie recently started a guild for us mallers, I decided to link it from here. So if you're having trouble finding the Mall Guild, turn your head slightly to the right and I'm sure you'll see the link ;) I will also make a layout for the mentioned guild... when I get time for it, that is. We are a group of hard working mallers that like to make NPs and have fun doing it. We were the first "chain mall" and have been successful since we started the concept. Each mall has an experienced Manager that is active and available for questions and help if you need it. They are hand picked because of their malling experience and desire to help the people in their mall. We supply you with a recognizable name in Neopia, which is a great start to earning NPs. We also offer free graphics and NB ads at a very reasonable price for those of you who realize the importance of advertising. Our members consist of Neopia's finest mallers, battlers and gamers. They must be pretty special because other malls often try to recruit them. You can see our names in the Markets, on the Boards and at the top of the High Score lists. We all work hard, but we play harder! ;) Also, we are not afraid to try new things, even when the rest of Neopia calls us crazy. With the combined experience of our team, we have many ideas and are always coming up with new ones. Together we are better than any one of us. Main Market MINIMUM size changes almost daily ... please stay current! If you slip off, you might as well be a size 0 to your mall mates. 
mall member's items hurts their sales and won't be tolerated. 2a. ATTENTION! NEW RULE! ALL of our members are allowed to sell Scratchcards If you are going to sell them, I strongly encourage you to price at least one at or near Wiz price . 2b. Shops carrying the Shared Banner carry only their category. They are linked to 8 malls full of people. 3. Notice Board Ads: We currently revamping our NB ads: 4. You may have links to your pet pages or guild, but never to shops that are not your mall. (Mall B people link to Mall B people, Mall A to Mall A, etc.) 5. Please keep current on the market you are located in and upgrade to stay as close to the top of your section as possible. 6. If you have a problem with another mall member, please take it up with your manager. 7. We are a team, we work together to earn neopoints. If you need ideas or banners, feel free to talk to other mall members. We are better together than we are apart, lets help one another. 8. If you decide to leave our mall, please give us 1 week to find a replacement before removing our mall banner from your shop. 9. Any member that is not market size is expected to carry 5 items at Shop Wizard prices. We all pull our own weight, either in a market or the Shop Wizard. 10. You are expected to update your mall map code each and every Friday, please and thank you! :) 11. We appreciate loyalty! Mall members in good standing will be offered spots that become available for one reason or another. 12. If you are looking for a new mall, you will be replaced without notice. Neopia is a small place, we all lurk the Boards and see posts and comments. Hopefully our members would be mature enough to mail me and tell me that they are unhappy and let me try to make them happy. If not, so be it. 13. If you leave our malls, we wish you all the luck in the world. Once you are gone, you are gone. We don't want to encourage mall hopping. 14. From time to time we may bring in smaller shops to temporarily fill in vacant Main Market mall spots. These shops MUST follow Rule #9. 
If you are planning on leaving our mall, PLEASE DO NOT place an ad. I don't want non-mall members on our NB ads. We will happily refund your points.
