Well I say that is not true! You will learn a really easy way to do this and you can get your pictures almost identical, all in 13 steps! Here is my first try doing this and this is the way it turned out!
Okay, thats obvious, first you need to draw your picture. Any picture you want. Here is my example of the picture that I want to use:
Its not very good, but I will use it!
This part is easy aswell, just take a picture of it with your webcam, a scanner, or a camera. Anything that works for you!
Alright, now copy your picture onto paint. If you want you can try using the paint fill bucket to color it white, but that won't work!
So anyways, start to color all the important and different parts of your picture different colors.
Now You have nice solid color!
The next part ain't too easy. Now around the colors use the curving line to outline your picture.
I think this part is fun! Use the fill bucket to color everything white! (execpt for the background)
Uh oh! This part is scary! Use the free hand cutting tool (dotted star) to cut out basically the whole picture!
Lets fix this mess! Erase all the parts with the old background! (Look at the picture for this one)
Okay now you get to connect the lines (use curving tool) to make it complete!
Lookin' Good!
Use the magnifying glass and erase anything like this:
Okay! Now you can add in any details that you had to erase earlier, watch how I added more detail and texture!
Now you get to color it!! Yay! First I suggest color your picture basic and solid colors.
Shading time! Okay the MS Paint guide taught me how to shade and I want you to go there and read what they have to say. I would never be able to teach you something like that! This is the place (click me)
This is how it should look!
An important thing to do is to put your name on your picture. This is only so nobody steals it. Make sure the words are on the picture and have your username not your actual name!
You are now officially done!!!

Hi, my name is Drawing2PC. I will be your guide. First of all... have you ever wondered how some are in the BC or anywhere else looked so nice? But when you try to draw it on MS Paint, its just a mess! Well, sometimes people draw the art then use those expensive programs to make an outline of the art. And of course make it pure white, because if you use your web cam or a scanner, you will never get a pure white.
