This is a section where I'll talk about my pets.
This will include what I think of them, along with where certain things (names, looks) oringinated from.

~..Main Account..~ ~ChaosShinigami: Chaos complains about being hungry, even though he's a pretty good cook. I guess he just likes to express himself. I still think he should go make something to eat instead of complaining to me about it. Usually during the warmer months, he's in the backyard in his pool, doing laps and whatnot. He also likes to work out, and I like to watch. He's well aware he's the fighter out of everyone, so he keeps himself in top shape. He also likes to play with kids and teach them how to swim. It's really cute to see little pets hang onto his tail as they try to swim. Together now. 1. 2. 3. Awwwww~!!! ~About his name: Chaos name basically came from the anime that I loved for a long time, Gundam Wing. Duo Maxwell was one of my favorites. Duo's often referred to as "Shinigami." Translated into English, it means "The God of Death." I tacked on Chaos to make it sound more menacing. However, Chaos doesn't act in the way that his name suggest. He's fun to be around most of the time. He's a little like Duo, but not a whole lot. **************** ~Kaorukin: Kaoru's the most practical one in the family. I never have to worry about him. I love to play with his hair, since its so long and red. I think its funny though... he's a bull, but yet his has red hair. I would think that'll make him mad, but it doesn't. He's very level-headed. He's also big and squishy like a stuffed bear. And its really adorable when his ears wiggle when he's happy~! ~About his name: Kaoru's name, as oppose to what most people think, -DID NOT- come from Kamiya Kaoru of Rurouni Kenshin. His name came from Kaoru, the guitarist and leader of Dir en Grey, a Japanese rock band formed in 1997. Yes, I listen to that stuff. The "kin" in Kaoru's name was added because it sounded good with his name. "Kin" in Japanese is more commonly refers to gold. Later on, after he was repainted desert did the "kin" part of his name made sense. *points to Kaoru's orb* **************** What can I say about Seifer? He's flirty. Really flirty. And he's pretty... pretty stupid. *nods* He doesn't know when to quit or when to learn. But he is loyal and fast, I'll give him that much credit. His one-track mind gets on my nerves though, and I'm not afraid to bonk him on the head for it. Who says you have to treat a royal pet as royalty?! *pif* I sure don't! ~About his name: Seifer's name came from Seifer Almasy, Squall Leonheart's rival in Final Fantasy VIII. In many respects he is like the Seifer in FFVIII. Seifer's vain and likes to play the hero, moreso now since he -IS- a knight. The "Wind" part of Seifer's name was added because he's quick on his feet. Wind is also one of my favorite elements. **************** ~VanNoel: Van's my first pet. He's been through alot. He was a bit egotistical because of his ability to learn quickly and adapt himself to find his way through most situations. He was also very good at... well... nearly everything. But things have changed since then. Something in his DNA changed him. He was an experiemental animal for most of his life, but I didn't think something like this would affect him so many years after he was saved from the lab. Now he's quite monsterous. He keeps to himself, searching for a way to restore his former self. He's not the only one doing so though. The whole family helps him out with this. It's because we love him. ~About his name: Van's name actually should have been spelled "Von" because his name is pronounced that way. It's written "Van" because at the time, "Von" seemed strange to me, as if there should have been a first name following it, instead of it being an actual first name. The "Noel" was added because of my love for the holiday season. ~..Gallery Account..~ ~ArikadoGenya: Arikado's a very serious guy. He doesn't smile, laugh, anything like that. He's very stern and very task-oriented. Not. Very. Fun. But he has hugged me before, so I guess he's not completely cold-hearted. When he's slightly peeved off, he'll often point a claw and set fire to something, mainly the person's ear or hair. ~About his name: Arikado came about because of my love for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and the son of Dracula, Adrian Farenheits Tepes, better known as Alucard. *SPOILER* Alucard returns in 2035 to help Soma Cruz in Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow under the name Genya Arikado (which tranlates to "illusion" and "to have horns" respectively. The word "Arikado" is also closely related to the Japanese katakana spelling of "Alucard" and is pronounced "Arukado"). */SPOILER* Most things about my Arikado are based off of the original, including the look. Obviously, Genya Arikado isn't an eyrie, but my Arikado is. I'm such a dork. **************** ~DarkKnightKain: Kain isn't around much. Why? Because he's one of the most popular male singers in Neopia. He's always off touring, doing photoshoots, being in commercials and movies and barely ever gets to return home to visit us. He does like to call and neomail when he has the time, so atleast I know he hasn't forgotten about his family. He strangely doesn't let the fame affect him. He's very sweet and modest about things. And I -LOVE- listening to Kain sing~! *squeals* ~About his name: If you haven't figured it out yet, I love playing videogames. Kain's another one based around videogames. The "Dark Knight" portion of his name comes from Devil May Cry series, when they refer to Dante's father as "The Dark Knight Sparda." The name "Kain" is from The Legacy of Kain series, published by Eidos Interactive. Kain happens to be a vampire and the main character of the series. Fortunately for me, my Kain isn't like that Kain. ~About his look: Kain might be the only with a design explaination to him. He's a mix of many things. First, his hair is very similar, if not the same as Gackt's character in the game Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus (concept art version). I'm obviously a Gackt fan, as well as a Final Fantasy fan. And I would like to add that the whole "singing" concept is also because I'm a Gackt fan. The gradiant coloring of his hair is similar to Albel Nox's hair from Star Ocean: Til the End of Time. His clothes are more Asian-influenced than anything, but if you want to pin it somewhere, it has to be the anime/manga Saint Beast (atleast that's when I thought "Oh! That'll be a cool outfit!"). The idea for his sword came losely from Magna Carta: Tears of Blood. Too many game references for you? XD!!! It should be... I'm a little mixed up too typing that out. **************** ~DarkKnightRaziel: Raziel also isn't around much, but not for the same reason as Kain. Raziel's usually off exploring uncharted areas of Neopia, so seeing him at home is rare. ~About his name: Raziel's name pretty much as the same explanation as Kain's. The name "Raziel" was also from the Legacy of Kain series. Raziel is the name of the other main character. In the Legacy of Kain series, the series itself was split between two titles, one starring Kain called Blood Omen, and one starrring Raziel called Soul Reaver. Both Blood Omen and Soul Reaver had 2 games each, and the series ended with Legacy of Kain: Defiance, in which you could play as both Kain and Raziel. **************** ~PrinceLucifer: There's not much I can say about Lucifer. He's just very depressed. I feel very bad for him. ~About his name: Lucifer was named, of course, for the fallen Angel who rebelled in heaven. In my case, it's a little too much Angel Sanctuary that made me name him the way he is. Angel Sanctuary is a manga as well as an OVA for those who don't know. I really love the artwork in there.=3 The "Prince" was added on because I really couldn't think of anything else to add. He's kind of the prince of the underworld anyways. ~..Laboratory Account..~ ~About the pets: This is the only account where one description will apply for all the pets. Every single pet on this account is named after a member of the Japanese rock/pop band GLAY, which means that they are a band here as well as being a band in real life. They also look like their human counterparts. There is some difference however. With the exception of Teru, all the pets have their last name first, then their first name. So from left to right (on the userlookup for that account) Taku, Teru, Hisa and Jiro. So far, Hisa's the only one that has been permanently retired from the labray as a rockin' Robot Moehog. Teru's currently retired due to me being tired of zapping him. He's currently staying as a Camouflage Kougra. ~..Pet Account..~ Obviously that's me. If you want an explaination, it's at the top of the page. But I would like to say that I love my iPod! And I love pancakes!!! Pancake moment! Agreian loves pancakes too! Okay not really. **************** ~LadyNozomi: Nozomi may be royal, but she never grew up that way. She's basically lost her family and country, and grew up in the area outside Central. She knows how to cook, clean, do laundry among other things. After she became part of my family, we ended up being almost like sisters to each other. She's very gentle and lives and takes care of Lucifer on Mystery Island. Even though she seems sane, she isn't. She'll rabidly fangirl things. ~About her name: Nothing much to her name. I just happen to like the name Nozomi. The "Lady" was added because I wanted her to be painted royal, and now she is! **************** ~MasaKyoshi: Kyoshi's a kind and quiet hissi. But don't let that fool you. He's very ninja. He'll come out of nowhere and ninja you! But he'll only ninja people when I tell him to, and he never fails to miss his mark. His weapon of choice, of course, are surikens (which you could probaly tell by his markings). Otherwise, he enjoys being petted by people. ~About his name: Kyoshi's also a pet that was given a name because I happen to like the name. Originally, Kyoshi was going to have a sword-wing design, hense the "Masa" last name. Masa would be referring to the masamune, a Japanese sword that has been made famous by Square-Enix's character Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII. Surikens are a little bit more fun though, especially since nearly everyone uses a sword. Kyoshi -does- carry a sword though. It comes in the form of his hair! So watch out for his ponytail when he's angry! That'll cut you in half if your not careful! Otherwise, in the normal state, his hair is just that, hair. **************** ~RyoichiHaru: Haru's a cold-hearted lenny. He's not afraid to give you his opinion in the bluntest way possible, nor does he care if your feelings are hurt. Can you believe he's one of the top doctor's in Neopia?! I can't either, but he's apparently good at healing. He'll only heal you however, if he knows you'll survive. If you are destined to die, well.. he'll tell you so and won't make the attempt to help you at all. Talk about cruel... I wonder how his patients feel about him...? He's a little psycho as well. He'll give the 'ong I'm crazeh evil' laugh sometimes. And there's his right eye. His right is known as the Inducer, because he uses that to cause people to fall into a dream state, whether they want it or not. These dreams may be good, or they may be nightmares. He is able to control which it is. So... in general, be careful around Haru. ~About his name: Another pet with another name I just like. These names are pretty random. Haru should have been a name for a kau though, since in the anime/manga Fruits Basket the zodiac cow's name is Hatsuharu, but everyone called him Haru. *snickers* He looked like a dairy cow, with the spots and everything. ~..Adoption Account..~ ~LordPoiel: Poiel is the -only- pet I have that's in a constant state of being happy (then again, he's -is- a guardian angel). So much in fact, that his eyes don't open enough to show you what color eyes he has! Being that way, Poiel is very supporting and caring of people, which makes him the best canidate to take care of the pets that I adopt into the family in order to improve them. Usually once one of the adopted pets is zapped (via the Mad Scientist's labray ) into a uncommon color, they are sent off to find a new home. Poiel will often teach these adopted pets a few things before wish them luck in finding a new owner. Afterall, all pets deserve to live their life well with good owners. ~About his name: The name "Poiel" is an angelic name. More specifically, its the name of my guardian angel (for the timeframe that I was born in). Poiel is the angel of fortune and philosophy, so his teachings to the abandon pets are pretty meaningful. As a side note, Poiel is 1 of the 2 pets on that account that will be permanent. All other pets on that account will be adopted from the pound and labbed until they change colors. Depending on what color/species they are zapped into, they will either go straight back to the pound, where anyone can pick them up, or I will go around the boards (namely the BC boards) asking if anyone would be interested in adopting them. Afterall, nothing's better than having an owner that show their pet how much they care than by drawing and entering them into the BC. **************** ~LordAgreian: Agreian came about in a strange way. One night I was out in the backyard when I spotted something shiny in the moonlight. I went over to it and there in the grass was a necklace with a purple gem in the center. The moment I touched the necklace, I felt like lightening traveled straight through me. I blanked out for a few seconds and when I regained my senses there Agreian was, standing in front of me, holding the necklace. Then he yelled at me! I don't know why!! He's been here ever since. He's very mean! He hisses at me and yells at me for no reason! And he hurts my friends! Why can't he just go back to where he came from?! ~About his name: Agreian is the name of one of the characters from Magna Carta: Tears of Blood. I thought the name was cool so I decided to use it. Agreian here isn't very cool though, he's just mean.
