Well, quite obviously, I love the Lost Desert. I probably wouldn't be living here if I didn't. Of course, that issue is rather complicated. What can I say? The Lost Desert is perfect. If you're one for loneliness, there's plenty of space here. Then there's Sakhmet; a bustling place with enough tourists to keep one busy for a bit too long. I prefer the slightly quieter Qasala to Sakhmet, but it isn't as quiet since the slight war. It seems that someone was a bit obsessed with the events there... Or perhaps...
Tchea Fruit... I greatly enjoy their strange flavor combinations. The colors are quite extraordinary, too. Foods of the Lost Desert often stocks this item. Coltzan and the Fruit Machine often give them to Plushie; I still don't understand why she doesn't leap for joy when she recieves the fruit... The Tchea flavor has been duplicated into many Neopian items these days. Tchea Shoyru Ice Cream is a rare and wondrous treat, especially in the hot Qasalan deserts.
Oh, my! Some kind people have given me Tchea Fruits! I feel honored! And grateful!
Many thanks to~

These are beautiful. Hand Painted Scarabs make lovely decorations. I intend on filling a room or two of my home with them. Toys have been made based on these items. And I hear they even have two stamps of their very own.
I shouldn't have to explain my reasons for loving water. Anyone who has spent a good hour in the Lost Desert has come to appreciate the pure goodness of it. When you live in the dry climate, good, clean, cold water is as good as gold. I am lucky to have a well within my home that draws pure water from underneath the ground.
I'm the first to admit I'm not that great when it comes to Painting, but I still enjoy it. It's sort of a side hobby of mine. I don't focus on it and am not too concerned with improving my talent of it, but it makes a great stress-reliever.

Dumbest. Idea. Ever. Seriously. Who would EAT such a thing? Any moisture that existed within this mummifed fruit has been completely dried up. It's nothing but dust inside. And not very flavorful; I can't even use it in recipes as it's dry properties seem to carry over to whatever I'm cooking. I've only learned one thing from toying with these. They bring pain to my eyes. When they break, their dust flies into my face and causes sneezing. If their existance isn't enough to bring me to exasperation, the fact that Coltzan and the Fruit Machine enjoy bestowing these oddities into my possession.
Why anyone would wish to live in such a precarious place is beyond me. The logic behind it is very minimal and I don't trust the Faeries' magic to keep it in the air forever. After all, The Darkest Faerie almost managed to bring it crashing onto Meridell.
I'll admit that my opinions are strange, but they are mine and I will express them. I dislike windows. My home is my home and no one should be able to see into it without my wish. The Lost Desert has enough sunlight; I needn't let it into my sanctuary, do I? The darkness is cool and refreshing. Windows also seem to provide unending means for easy theft and the like. I feel much safer knowing my home has but one entrance.

Take some Tchea with you?
Laaruku's design is 100% mine. Theft is not only against the Neopets Rules, it's against the LAW.
I may choose to be lenient on some things, however, my 'ear ornaments' or whatever you choose to call them, ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM.
All art, excluding collected customs and buttons, is MINE.
Steal and DIE.
Unless it says clearly that you can take something, keep yo paws OFF.
Plushie got my music from vgmusic.com
Tis from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
Yes, she loves music from that game and that game from those Nintendo people.
If you like my music, go find it and download it for yourself.
Taking mine is stealing bandwidth. You WILL be reported if you steal ANYTHING.
Theft is Theft is Theft is Theft.
And Theft, my friends, is NOT tolerated in these parts.
