Q: What is that standard??

A: As I said in the goal, this site wants to list high quality sites around neopia, but quality isn't everything, I prefer that you have content as well. The reason we don't list low quality sites, is because I know that many neopians prefer quality over quantity. Site A has low quality content, but Site B has really good content. I would chose site B over site A as an affie.
