You walk along a trail and stop to examine the view around you. It is beautiful. The green trees sway softly in a gentle breeze, and a small clear blue brook runs through the clearing. Everything is quiet, tranquil. You decide this is a perfect place to rest. You lay down in a patch of soft plants and drift off. You are awakened hours later by the calls of frantic birds as they flutter in the trees around you. Suddenly there is an eerie silence. A leaf rustles behind you. You turn to see a beautiful krawk with golden eyes. "Sit and I will tell you my story," she says in a voice soft and determined. There is something familiar about her. You decide she is safe enough to talk to and sit down on a rock with her. "My name is Kyouni," she says. "My owner is Rainthorn, but she prefers to be called Cheeto. Cheeto lets me rome around freely, as I please. I wasn't always a krawk. I used to be a green kyrii, but Cheeto saved up all her neopoints and bought me a krawk transmogrification potion. As I grasped the bottle in my hands, I was so nervous! I didn't know what it would be like to be a krawk. I had been created a kyrii, and lived out my first 12 years as one. But now it was my time. I took a deep breath and gulped down the elixir. It tasted like...like freedom. Like the trees. I felt powerful, and strong. Like I could do anything. I looked down at my paws. They were now graceful hands tipped with razor sharp claws. My powerful hind legs flexed. They too were tipped with claws like daggers. Soon after I was a krawk, Cheeto took me to the rainbow pool to be painted tyrannian. Unfortunately, I didn't like it very much. I guess Cheeto felt the same way, because she bought me a striped paint brush and repainted me. I am very happy as I am, I hope I don't have to be repainted anytime soon!
As you already know, I am a striped krawk. I am all snowy white except for my paws, tail, feet, stomach, and eyes. I have light blue cheetah-like marks below my eyes. I am told it looks sorta like a mask on my face. My eyes are a soft beautiful gold. My paws and feet are the same sky blue as my eye marks. They are splattered in blue, and transform back into white at the top of my legs and arms. They look like I dipped my paws in paint. Same with my tail. My stomach is a light purple-pink color. At the end of each of my legs, my tail, and one of my arms is a gold band. I was given them by an old wizard I met in the forest when I was barely born. There is a legend that the wearer of them is made more powerful, stronger, and faster. But for some reason...I can't take them off. I have been stuck with the golden bands since I was a baby. My claws are a gleaming white that shine in the sun. They are razor sharp, as I keep them in very good condition. When I was young and just arrived at beautiful neopia, overlooking the forest, my older sister Kiralei called me a "fashion don't". She gave me a beautiful red scarf, that she said would "compliment my natural colors", whatever that meant. Still, I put it on. It did look good on me! I have worn it as a good luck charm. My tail is tipped with a beautiful blue crest.
