***Note***
I have noticed that glitters/animations wont work on some pet's lookups. As an experiment, i removed all of my Krawk's animated customization items and then put a glitter on his lookup and it started working. So i'm guessing that means Neopet's animated items are interfering with the glitters. I dont know of any way to fix this, sorry :(
