a little bit more about who I am.

Ohk, well, it must be time to tell you a little bit more about myself. My life is...pretty complicated, I guess, but after a while, you start to get used to all this crazy.

Funnily enough, I don't reckon I'm that crazy at all – in fact, I'm far more on the quiet side. When I was littler, I'd learnt that if you don't know what to say, or have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all. There have been a few points in my life where I've followed this rule to the extreme and a couple of times where I've completely forgotten, and just let my words slip. I don't talk much to random people, though, however I can talk a lot to my friends.

If there's one thing I'm also, that would be loyal. I don't like telling other people's secrets, because for one that'd be backstabbing, and secondly – I'd hate someone to do that to me. It just seems wrong, in a way, and in the end I'd rather have my friends than be a gossip.

Though, I can be pretty easily annoyed as well. You see, my best friend, Zeke, seems to feel responsible for me and therefore is pretty protective of everything I do. It does get on my nerves, and like I said with the quiet thing, I've gone off at him sometimes. I've felt bad afterwards, really bad, and he's not the only one. A little tip: Don't push me too far over the edge (:

In my spare time, there's mainly one hobby I have, and that would be baseball. I've been playing since I was five and I really do enjoy it, though we're not allowed to try and hit out-of-the-parks at home. Last time my brother Jesse tried that, he broke someone's -blocked- I'll probably play it for a while longer, because it's a sport that I truly do love.

If you ever wondered why I get annoyed with Zeke and his over-protectiveness, it's because I feel like he feels sorry for me, and that can be really irritating. You see, I have this illness that I was diagnosed with when I was 11 – type 1 diabetes. It's when my body doesn't produce enough insulin to dissolve sugar, and so I've got a bit of a deficiency. I've gotten way better with dealing with it over the years, and I guess it's sorta shaped me into who I am. In a way, I'm a self-proclaimed medical dilemma.

In a lot of situations, I seem to be very good at one thing – embarrassing myself. I've mucked up situations with girls, and for some reason I sleep talk heaps – I'm just a very awkward sort of person. My sleep talking has earned me the nickname 'Boo' (Long story) as well as a lot of jokes about some of the things I say. They're not that random, are they? An awkward situation with a girl also almost lost me one of my best friends; I probably shouldn't have been so oblivious to that.

Okay, so along with being awkward, I'm known to be quite oblivious to a lot of things because I tend to over-analyze stuff a lot. Either that or I don't analyze the situation at all. Yeah, this doesn't help very much, and can confuse me to the point where I just don't know what's going on anymore. Not fun. No fun at all.

When something happens that does affect me and I have absolutely no clue about what to do, I just go with the flow and let whatever happens happen. Sometimes that's easier than trying to fight against the tide. Sounds cheesy, but it's true. Sometimes this method works, and sometimes it completely backfires, but it's what I've learnt.

Zeke, you're my best mate – pretty much always have been, and always will be. Yeah, we've had the rough patches and a lot of them, but you're always there. You're like family – or as Jesse says my 'brother from another mother' – and I couldn't ask for a better support system. I just hope I can be as supportive of you as you are of me.

Oh, Charlie, you're so crazy and hyperactive it makes me feel like I'm going crazy sometimes. Still, you're a great friend, and even though we've definitely had our ups and definitely had our downs, I'm hoping we have more definitely good times in the future. Keep being who you are, Char, you're a great person.

Savvy - where do I start? Well, our baseball/gymnastics trade is working well... for you, I think. I'm getting those cartwheels, don't you worry. Although, aside from that, I feel like I'm letting you down a bit. I know I'll talk to you a bit one on one, but in the group I hope it doesn't seem like I'm trying to avoid you. I'm not... I'm just confused. One thing I do know is - you'll be amazing no matter what you do. c: Hey, Izzy! Honestly? You're one of the most random, confident, and funny people I know, and it works for you when you're on stage. If I'm ever in a not-so-good mood, you're the first person I can think of who'd brighten my day in an instant. Well, maybe not the immediate first... but that's to be kept secret (:

Oh, Lin, what is there to say about you? If you can't believe that I'm having a hard time believing in love, I'm having a hard time believing that you're obsessed with it. (: I'm kidding. You're a great friend, and we always have a good time when we're together, even if it means you meddling with my lack of a love life. You wait, though, cuz one day you won't be the one playing matchmaker… :D

James, James, James. For starters, I know not getting along is how you and Zeke get along, but I'm glad getting along is how we get along. I've always admired your sporting skills, and it seems pretty clear that you're going places, man. Zeke won't approve of this, but I do think you're an awesome friend, and here's hoping that all of us can stick together for much longer after high school, no matter if some people just happen to be moving to different countries (: If there's ever anyone I know I can count on, it'd definitely have to be you, Chlo. I mean, you're so sweet and we have the best times pulling pranks on Zeke and James. I'm counting myself lucky just to know you, and extremely lucky that we're friends – you're amazing, don't ever doubt yourself on that.

But don't worry, that's hardly a bad thing – in fact, if anything, it just makes you so much more superior to the rest of us morons. (: I'm joking, though seriously; I don't know you extremely well, maybe because we don't have too much in common, but one thing I do know is that I'll never get stuck on any homework again with your helpful advice. You're a good guy, Noel, and people don't just like you because you know pretty much everything about everything; you're great to hang out with and just talk to, as well. (: Tay, we had an unexpected meeting at first, I guess, but let me say this – I'm glad Charlie decided to harass you (Not meant in a bad way! Promise!) and I'm gonna miss you when you leave.
