If you're coming here, you all should know the basic elements of being Pyrah. So here they are: insanity, hyperness, naivety, joy, and duty. The one people often find most confusing is duty, because if you know Pyrah this is often an element of her she's never shown to you before. But it is there, egging her on in her thoughts, nagging at her in her slumber, and occasionally confusing her to the point where she will become distant and cold, and walk to a secluded area to pray for salvation of the mind. And this is where her periodic insanity comes in, when she is pushed to her limits she'll throw on a false easy grin and chuckle, then a maniacal laughter will erupt from her, and after these strange outbursts a sarcastic and snappy personality will replace the usual joy of Pyrah.

Tarco-A good friend Pyrah has fallen out of touch with. During the time frame that she knew him he was acting near as hyper as she, though a little more polite. The two seemed to get along perfectly, so he was accepted into this mini-circle of friends. More like a line though, 'cause there are only two friends here.. .-.
Yukey- Pyrah and Yuke get into mini-fights constantly, generally caused by Pyrah's hyperness, annoyingness, or insanity. Yuke is Pyrah's greatest friend as of yet, she doesn't know if the same can be said for her, but she trusts Yuke to make decisions for himself and her. Yuke has begun to stretch this talent of his by beginning a pack Minikui, more on that later, something Pyrah admires him for. He's a good friend if you see past his occasionally moody exterior, luckily for Pyrah she's never factored into her mind that Yuke has this problem. Thus, in the beginning causing her to be a great annoyance.

Ah, romance the elusive legendary feeling. Pyrah has contained two crushes in her short life, both of which she has gotten rid of. One is Orin, at a time they were childhood sweethearts, he has shifted into a cold hearted monster now, treating Pyrah cruelly whenever they cross paths. The second of which shall remain a secret now and forever, as Pyrah is shocked she ever felt this way towards.. unknown. Pyrah has vowed to not love ever, for she has never come across one who could love a figure such as she. So her love will never be displayed again. Of course.. there are slight chances of this changing, due to a gift of the temple that shall be told later on. Below are a few quotes Pyrah believes in:
Find the person who will love you because of your differences and not in spite of them and you have found a lover for life.
Love is a thing, well, its kind of like quicksand: The more you are in it, the deeper you sink. And when it hits you, you've just got to fall.
The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.
Wherever you go, go with all your heart.

The night was dark and moonless and the sounds of baying hounds were near, growing louder and louder. A figure moved fast through the trees, black with features starting to form. Below and behind it was a 'round female, breath ragged, seeking sanctuary for a place to lay and birth her puppies. Opposite the tree where the blackness was a large tan colored brute appeared running as fast as he could, urging the female below him to hurry. A hound tore from the bushes and pounced at the female. The tan brute snarled and leapt from his perch, landing deftly upon the hound, killing it with a single strike.
More hounds came from around the corner, the brute remained and the two others ran on. The black figure took shape now, gentle red eyes, and excessive long bangs that hid her full face from view. Her underbelly was browned with dirt, her left foreleg was the color of her stomach, a dirty white, black tiger stripes ran along this leg, and her tassel was burned at the top, forming a spiked spiral pattern in her fur. The hunters came now, their guns barely missing the tiring female. The tree creature leapt down and stood in the path, hackles bristling, snarling at the humans. Turning back to the now frozen female she growled. "What are you doing? Run!" The creature's voice was gruff, scratchy, and almost masculine with its sternness, yet the ring at the end of each word was feminine.
The 'round female nodded and eventually found shelter in a cave, where she lay heaving, with ragged uneven breaths. The female from before found her the next day, dead, just as she had found the brute. With a sigh and a shake of her head, she touched her and she turned to mere ash. Fighting off a cry she moved to the puppies, killing all of the suffering creatures but one. This one was Pyrah. Having drawn what little life was left from the dying creatures she entered it into the pup, causing its breathing to regulate. Picking it up tenderly in her mouth, she looked upon the scene once more, and with a single uttering, "…Good… bye… friend." she left.
Pyrah was found a few months later trudging through the snow towards the sludge covered beach, the wolves played and romped here. Under the careful eye of Pyrah's savior, a goddess of many talents, they lived. She romped and played with the band of puppies here, considered royalty because of this goddess. Pyrah never saw the creature, but she heard stories about it, and eventually grew attached to the idea she was the daughter of a goddess. Though it wasn't true, she thought it to be.
One day she met the cynical Orin, and immediately obsessed over him. He'd ignore her, but she followed him anyhow, bringing him much unwanted attention. They, over time, became friends though, and Pyrah's heart sang with joy at this accomplishment. Then disaster struck, a hurricane took her home and tossed herself and Orin, out to sea where they were forgotten by the few survivors of the storm. The goddess mourned for the loss of her land, and swept over the oceans, searching for the lost puppies, one of which she took responsibility for. She found them asleep and drifting on a raft and carefully, she took Pyrah and left her upon the shores of a calm, but cursed island.
Months passed and she continued to appear happy, though she was weary from the curse that haunted her, a curse that spawned from being in contact too long with her goddess. Every night she slept in a pot, crimson and black on the inside and beautiful and ordinary on the outside. She met her first friend, Yuke upon the shores of this island when she was pondering why she still lived. They had a rough start, with much fighting and glaring, but somehow always wound up together.
She met a young lupine who called himself Tarco, and seizing the chance to be playful, took him to the bakery showed him around, introduced him to the perfumed ladies of her village, and romped with him on the sand. They had a good old time but it was soon time for her to leave. And so she went on with Yuke. She still clung desperately to her childish crush on the now presumably dead Odin, so therefore hated Yuke, for he acted much like Odin. She despised him at the start for obtaining the personality she used to love. They became slight friends, forming a mental truce.
Seeking escape she used a portal to go to primitive lands. She set up a flower booth and much to her surprise bumped into Yuke once more. And so they got into another scoff. Yuke continued to bug her, to the point where when he insulted her, her eyes watered up and she whispered quietly. "I… hate… you.
Yuke backed off and apologized, not wanting to lose her only friend to her pride and childishness she forgave him and they were friends again. Feeling a sudden urge to visit her homeland she went off towards the towering mountains in the distance, eventually running into a cactus forest. She made her way with ease through the first part and was soon trapped in a dense area. Yuke pranced easily over the tops of the cactus teasing Pyrah though when he saw her stuck and she refused his help bound off and fell silent. Pyrah eventually muttered "Ouch." Due to a failure and digging under the cacti, at which time he came back over and slinging the dumbfounded vixen upon his back, came to the end of the forest and dumped her ungracefully on the ground.
Headstrong Pyrah glowered and stormed off in a huff to her mountain home.
Anxiety made her cold and hateful there and she eventually met up with Yuke again, barely able to spot him with her one half-good eye. She 'nursed' him though he didn't need it and set off to her home. Yuke became slightly nicer to her; though it might have always been so. Perhaps she'd only noticed when she became cold. They found her home with some difficulty. Destroyed, desolated, and gone. She found an open hut and walking in found herself facing Odin and her elder cousins. She was overjoyed at first, though shocked and hurt when Odin stepped forward and insulted her openly. Her pride wounded she took a step back and before she knew what was going on, Yuke had given Odin quite a scare before coming to her side. Bidding her old friends farewell, she set off again with Yuke. Using his magic he teleported them to his swamp homeland.
They stuck close together, since Pyrah, still strong from being touched by the goddess, was doubtful of her, to Yuke, invisible skill. He had a scratch with the princess Amidatti, who appeared to be his fan club president. Pyrah was at first awed then puzzled. What good did the princess see in Yuke? He was… mean.
Shrugging it off easily she and Yuke buckled down for the night, the goddess now a part of everyday life. When Pyrah was woken up quite rudely by Yuke, she scowled and eating sleepily she spoke briefly with Amidatti and stepped out onto the open road.
After this encounter she never saw Yuke again, and explored on her own through the swamp, and as she did so, stumbled upon an overly large forest, with gigantic creatures, she walked through this forest in awe, until coming across a lone soul in the forest, Pinnai. This wolf and Pyrah were awkward but fast friends and Pyrah was tutored in herbal remedies. The times they shared were very sparse, for Pyrah wished to head home, but to a gentler island than her own. Pinnai obliged and sent Pyrah via Wind Trail and Pyrah soon felt the sandy soil beneath her paws, as she had once upon time long ago. For hardly an hour she explored the palm trees and bushes until she came to a place she thought magical. It was a mighty temple made of marble with silent figures inside, statues and living beings. Here Pyrah once more met up with Odin who had become a spiteful lupine.
Odin! Why are you here if you don't mind me asking?" said Pyrah.
Shut up whelp. I'm here to tell you the truth about who you are? Ready to listen?" Silence. Odin continued, "Fine, go into the farthest chamber down the hall and be ready for your obliviousness to be exposed, and this time just accept the signs?"
Pyrah proceeded to ignore him and was already on her way to the chamber, the chamber where she really would receive her shocking awakening.
STOP." The noise came from within the chamber and Pyrah halted. The hallway closed off and she was trapped.
Look to the ground little one…" Pyrah trembled slightly but looked down, she saw a reflection of herself over the ages and was given a lecture about her own history.
Pyrah...your actions show you are childish and foolhardy. Your mother was not, nor was your father. They were both calm proud people. And it's time you realized that in this world no one is your friend." The unknown force said.
No-no no. They're all my friends.. everyone's my friend. Yuke, Tarco, and Pinnai? They're my friends.... right?" Pyrah's voice shook, and tears began to well up in her normally bright eyes.
Don't cry little Pyrah. No they're not your friends. Remember the way Yuke treats you? He hates you. And Tarco? Tarco is annoyed by your very presence in this world... And the newest one of all Pinnai? Nay, she is but teacher she will betray you in time. No Pyrah. The world has turned its back on you, don't be oblivious. The world has abandoned you. And you must not let yourself be forgotten, go leave this island and go far away to the prairie town, and then become a channel for my powers." Then the voice changed completely, her goddess's voice. "Pyrah! Listen not to the god of tricksters. Listen not to him. Listen to me, I who am your friend! Listen not to him!" And it slowly faded away.
And our naive broken little Pyrah trembled and cried, but did as she was told and left at once, finding a mage to teleport her to the prairies, where she bowed her head calmed her sorrow, wore a faint. Her first calling, her tale is so wrong and horribly twisted here, that she believed she really had no friends. And here we can only watch from the sidelines as our goddess tries in vain to help Pyrah.
