Hello there, dragon_animator, and welcome to Koro's petpage! My name is D_A (or Slim, your choice), and I adopted this Darigan Techo, Kororororo, through DL's Adoption Agency. If you're looking for your dream pet, I highly suggest DLsAA. It was fast, fair, and efficient. *smile*
I am a highly active person on Neopets. I'm on almost every day, and I respond to most of my neomail, even if it's in a foreign language! However, I can't guarantee I'll be your neofriend, and I NEVER fight my pets in the BattleDome.
I have a few goals for Koro, which I hope to reach in the near future. I would definitely enter him into the BC. His first entry would probably be the image this petpage is made from. I would try to start up a series or comic or something with him in it in the Neopian Times, as well. I always enjoy working on artwork and writing for my pets, so expect to see Koro and Schnappi a lot around Neopia! Now, sit back, relax, and enjoy the petpage!

You have been invited! Called by Koro who lives within the deepest cave in the stony valley. You enter his den, unafraid yet anxious. You have heard tales of this massive Neopet; Stories that claimed he was taller than two men, with a darker skin than a pine snake that appeared sleeker than a cat's coat. You told yourself that the stories were indeed wrong, as you walked deeper intot he darkness. Eventually you reached a great Ebony door, with a huge hematite knocker fastened on front in shape of a sinister Eyrie's head. The scarce light cast by your torch had an eerie effect on the metal's shine, making it appear intangible, like a dark black hole in the door. You reached out and touched it, confirming that it was real. Finally, you lifted it- oh, was it heavy!- and banged it once against the already dented patch of wood in the door. BANG! The door swung open seemingly of its own accord, and you cautiously stepped through. It closed behind you, making the flame on your light flicker. You looked back, and saw a small green creature. You couldn't quite make out what it was, but it was definitely leading you throught the darkness. You followed it, and noticed that torches with black fire were beginning to show up, dotted along the walls of the broad tunnel. Then you could see that the creature was in fact a jowlard, with large thick arms and a tapering tail curled behind it. It led you through another door, and you came upon a huge, majestic table that could easily seat one hundred guests, with elbow room to boot. At your end of the table, an elaborate dining chair. At the opposite, a King's throne. And through the darkness, two red lamps shone, indicating the Techo seated there. A voice whispered amazingly clearly throughout the cave.

About me, eh? Alright then, About myself... Hmm. Obviously, I'm a Darigan Techo; You almost certainly already knew that. I'm not a big fighter; I don't like the BattleDome at all. I wouldn't want to leave my home to go to one, anyway. I love staying here, and inviting Neopians from the nearby towns and cities, just to talk to them. How did I get your name, you ask? Oh, I have my ways of finding out about things that interest me...
Ah, I never told you about my role models! I look up to Lord Darigan quite a bit. Not so much for his strength, but his impressive mental capacity. He's a genius in his own right, you know. The Techo Master as well! He is a wise old sage with a lot of good advice (or so I hear).
What's that? You have to speak up, I can barely hear you at this end of the table. Oh, you wanted to know what I was interested in? Listen carefully...

Enough about me! You've probably been wondering about my friend, Schnappi.
This is Schnappi! Schnappi, say hi!
(The jowlard looked warily at you from around the center of the table, on the right side, then slowly raised a thick paw in
the air in a stationary wave before inching towards Koro on the far end.) Don't mind him. He's a little shy around strangers.
But believe me, once he starts liking you, he's much more enjoyable. (Koro smiled, and left his seat for a few minutes,
returning with a couple of platters of food. He handed Schnappi one, and brought the other back to his throne. The jowlard
cautiously carried the other platter towards you, and put it on the table within your reach. He then turned back and returned
to his post at the middle of the table. You poked through the food with a long, sharp looking fork and saw that it actually
looked quite delicious. A few bites confirmed the thought.) Do you like the food? I hope so.... I think Schnappi's a bit
afraid of you, guest. That's okay, though, I'm sure he'll get used to you.

Here are some things I have picked up around my caves after parties, and things people have given to me!
(You finished eating, and Koro left his seat again, walking slowly towards you. You can only tell because the blobs of red light were growing larger int he darkness. Before you knew it, he was right next to you. You stood up in a rush, and found he was only a little taller than you on his hind legs. He was holding something in his claws, and smiling at you.) I've had a good time talking with you, guest. I wish I could offer you something more enticing, but this is all I have. (He held out his hands to you, and you saw a few little oily blobs of a floating substance. They whirled slowly around eachtother, defying gravity.) They're bits of darkness. If you'd like, you can have them. They're actually quite abundant down here.
