Kiotez owns and runs a fairly successful but small sweets shop in Ander Kingdom. The noble has dark magic coursing her veins but she just barely has a grasp on her powers.

She has connections to the mafia and to Vilentic in particular. She will never say no to any favors asked and when Maty is around is more than happy to go the extra mile.

If you're not careful around her, Kiotez will turn you into a cupcake with her dark magic... and then eat you!
