It was another dark night in the alley way by the General Store, but little did anyone know today held a life changing event....</p>
<p>

A White Bori smirked, "1 Ace." <font color="white">.</font><br>
A Faerie Xweetok exclaimed, "Cheat!" <font color="white">.</font><br>
The bori, Yun frowned, "Your too good at this game Ray.<br><font color="white">.</font>No, it's just because your not very good", Krayntin laughed.<br></p>
<p>A baby katcheek voice echoed through the alley. "Kray! Kra-", the little katcheek tripped then burst into tears.<br>
Krayntin ran to the hurt baby, asking her if she was okay.<br>
She sniffled, "Y-y-ye-yes. B-but... The S-s-soup F-fae-faer-Faerie"
<font color="white">.</font><br>
Kray's jaw dropped. "The Soup Faerie?!  Why? What happened, Lilly? Where is she?" <font color="white">.</font></p>
<p>
Lilly pointed towards the Magic Shop.<br>
Krayntin sped the shop. "Take care of Lilly, Yun!" <font color="white">.</font><br>
Yun yelled after Krayntin, "Wait! What am I going t-", but Kray left before he could ever finish his sentence.

A deep voice snickered, "You'll make a fantastic part of my collection, Soup Faerie." <font color="white">.</font><br>
The faerie was disgusted. "You're never going to find me in one of your awful bottles, Balthazar." <font color="white">.</font><br>
The lupe growled and pounced at the Soup Faerie.<br>
Balthazar scratched a wing, breaking a part of it off. "I knew I would-" <font color="white">.</font></p>
<p>
But The Soup Faerie was unscathed.<br><font color="white">.</font>You have heard of karma haven't you?" a Faerie Xweetok said as he gasped for air.<br>
The Balthazar stared at the pet that protected the Faerie. "How did- It doesn't matter, I'll have a new product in a bottle. I can see it now. 'Bottled Faerie Xweetok' But, it seems that I'll have to find a different Xweetox. You don't seem of any worth. Not smart and unruly. But... You still need learn your lesson of getting in my way." Balthazar smiled with his yellow teeth. Then pounced at the Faerie pet.<br>
Krayntin quickly slashed Balthazar's left eye then side stepped behind his opponent and tail whipped Balthazar's back, throwing him a kilometer away. </p>
<p>

Krayntin exhaled with surprise and relief; he never knew he could fight like that.<br>Then Krayntin remembered what the lupe said about him. <i>You don't seem of any worth. Not smart and unruly.</i> Balthazar's words made him coil up with anger he could've punched a wall.</p>
<p>

The Faerie laid her hand on his shoulder to spin him around to face her.
"That was very kind of you Neopet. But you shouldn't have used violence to solve the problem. Anyways, if you don't mind me asking, what is your name? I don't believe I've seen you in the Soup Kitchen before".<br>

The pet looked in awe of the famous faerie, then shook his head when he realized she asked him a question. "Krayntin, ma'am." <font color="white">.</font><br><font color="white">.</font>Well Krayntin, in act of your bravery, I can't have this go unrewarded. So you can make a wish, any reasonable wish, you desire, and I will grant it." <font color="white">.</font></p>
<p>

So many thoughts came through Kraynitin's head:<br><i>A million neopoints each for Yun, Lilly and me!</i><br><i>To become the strongest pet and beat Balthazar!</i></p>
<p>

After a while, he made up his mind. "I would like a caring home, someone to take care of me. Also nice clothes and to go to NeoSchool." <font color="white">.</font><br>

The Soup Faerie smiled as she tapped her wooden spoon. "As you wish." <font color="white">.</font>

I believe I'm the most loyal, caring and permanent owner for him.<br>I promise that I will never let Krayntin be hungry or sad, but I'll have him happy in my care everyday.<br>
Maybe, if I'm his owner, I can let that soft heart of his shine on the outside & inside.<br>
He'll have a adoring petpet by his side during all of his travels too. ^_^
