Hi, I'm Kett.
My life started out pretty normal, I guess. I was born
red. That's a pretty normal color for a guy zafara, right?

So, I went through my earliest years, pretty normal. Heh, normal. It's not a word I use often any more, because the first thing anyone notices about me is that I'm a pink. And pink is NOT normal for a guy.

I was unfortunate to have a strange condition that alters a Neopian's color during the early course of their life. Some color changes are great, you know? Like some may turn darigan, while others may turn fire.

I, on the other hand had turned PINK. And it just so happens, that I love doing, uh, "macho" things. I enjoy working in construction. I helped build some houses over in the Haunted Woods. That's a pretty dangerous place to be for a pink guy. And that's where my problems began...

So, I was having some trouble putting up a side wall frame, when these two big dudes came over to help. I was thankful that they came... for the moment at least.
Hey..Hey! Gidda load a' dis! Dude looks like a lady! Said the burley skeith, as he snorted and chuckled.
Hehe, yea! squealed his smaller counterpart, a brightly colored buzz.
I shrugged it off, Like I haven't heard that one before. So, I went back to work as they laughed and shouted their insults.

But then, the skeith, who was obviously displeased at the fact that I was ignoring him, decided to get physical. He stopped laughing, and grabbed me up, and threw me into a pile of wood.

I got got up and shouted, What's your problem?!. But as soon as I got my last words out, I was charged at by the buzz, who flew me up, and into a tree!

They laughed, as I fell back to the ground. When I fell, I hit a branch on the way down, and it broke my arm. I hit the ground, and it knocked the wind out of me. I writhed in pain, when the grarrl walked up, and slammed his huge foot onto my ribcage, and pressed me into the ground.

You know... guys like me, normally eat guys like you. But hey, he said gruffly as he crushed my ribs,I'll give you a break. As long as I never see you around here again, I won't kill you." He stepped off, and I could finally breath. My arm..I shudder to remember how bad it hurt. The two left, making more insults about me as they left.

After that day, I decided to make myself scarce. I didn't take any more construction jobs for a long time. I kept low, and lived by myself in a remote part of Neopia.

I finally ventured out again, and these sort of problems continued. I started to get so angry... So, I joined a skate gang. They accepted me, and they thought that the pink color was hardcore. If you've ever chilled with skaters, you'd know that they are all about being unique.

The freedom of skating helped me release my anger in a positive way, and I really enjoy it! The problems of bullying never ceased, but at least I had my buds to help me out.

One day, however, I felt alone, and I wanted to join a family, like so many Neopians have. While I was out, just chillin', I saw a caretaker, with only three pets. Her crew was definatly odd, her included! It was like fate. She was looking for a new member to her family. So, I gathered up the courage to talk to her pets.

The encounter with each of them was unique. I first approached the Zafara. She glared at me as I walked up, and I thought to myself Here goes....
WHAT?
She snapped, before I could even speak. So, I pretended like she wasn't there and walked to the ixi. He just looked at me.
Hey, whazzup? He blinked, and sort of smiled, as if he didn't understand me. It was awkward...
Finally the owner turned around from the shop window she was drooling in, and noticed me.
Oh! Hello... She smiled. And it went from there. She thought I was unique, and adorable, and now I live here!

Now that I'm here, I'm sure there will be even more added to my story, with the adventures I'm bound to get into!

So, I'll tell you a bit about my crazy new family!

First, I'll start with my caretaker, dragina228. She is pretty cool. She takes me to the beaches at Krawk Island and Mystery Island all the time. It's really fun. She is funny, and just likes having fun. She loves the fact that I'm a pink guy, and allows me to be my crazy self!

Ugh, Karikoua. She's such a prude. She's always angry, and she loves yelling at me. She is constantly in her room doing evil things, and making lists of things she hates. I am, of course, at the top of her list. I think she hates me because I mess with her all the time. But if she wasn't so grumpy, I wouldn't need to put a rat in her pillow... ;)

Dark is a pretty chill bro. He's really smart. I found this out when I wondered into his garage on night and he tried to explain quantum mechanics to me! He's not all books though. We skate together sometimes... well, I skate, he hovers. It's something he invented. The guy is kinda sad though. He's got these scars, from when he used to be a slave to that dude Dr. Sloth. He doesn't like to talk about that though.

Where do I start with Yukai? He's... uhh... I don't even know. He's kinda weird. He doesn't talk a lot, and I don't know ANYTHING about him...
