†You are walking through the darkness of the Haunted Woods, not sure why you came here at night. Clearly it was not a good idea. Every twig that snaps beneath your foot makes you jump, and you have an overall uneasy feeling about this place. Suddenly, you feel as if someone is watching you. You whip your head around, but see nothing. Again, you have that strange sensation, and this time you turn around to see a pair of glowing yellow eyes. You freeze in terror, not knowing what this creature's intentions are. Suddenly, the eyes move into a patch of moonlight that was peeking through the trees. It is now easy to tell that she is a lupe. Her eyes remain calm, and unreadable. Her face seems to have a look of smug confidence to it, although she is niether smiling nor frowning. "I mean no harm to you, stranger," she says, her voice unaturally cool. You relax a little, but are still a little tense. There is something untrustworthy about her. She grins widely. "Come with me. Don't worry, I'm not going to harm you. Not much."†

Story

My story?" she sighs. "Fine. I have a twin brother named Jerishe. We were born on September 25th. Anyway, shortly after our births, we were taken away, Jer to heaven and I to Jhudora's realm. While he works for Fyora, I work for Jhudora, who is clearly much stronger and more intelligent than that goodie-two-shoes ditz faerie." She rolls her eyes. "I was Jhudora's right hand lupe, and I was instructed to go after some wimpy lupess named Dee. It was prophecied that someday, she would bring Jhudora out of power. Like she ever could. She had recently died and come back as some kind of ghost, and all she did was wallow in self pity. Psh. Jer, however, had been ordered to not mess with her. He defended her from me, using the excuse that he was attacking me. But really, wether it was a servant of Jhudora or not, he would have defended her. I don't know what he sees in her that is important enough to defend... anyway, we would have frequent battles. Unfortunately, our strengths were too evenly matched. Niether of us won, we just beat eachother up. No point to it whatsoever. But one day, I had managed to capture Dee when Jer was not around. I dragged her to Jhudora, who was of course, very pleased with me. Dee cried out to Fyroa for help. She and her company of angels, including my idiot brother, parted the sky and looked down on us. I growlled, ready for a fight. But Jhudora simply said 'Leave her'. I was surprised, but could not help letting out a yelp of delight. We took her off and she didn't even try to escape. How pathetic.

From then on, Jhudora and I pretty much tortured her. We beat her, didn't feed her... Jhudora even brought her back to life so she could feel the pain! However, she was cursed to never be able to die. I personally would consider this a blessing, but she said it was a curse once. Whatever. So this went on for a long time. I was supposed to be watching her one day and I was out or something. I came back, and she had escaped, thanks to the pesky air faeries. I pursued them, but they soon left me behind, and I couldn't follow. It was then that I was lowered in rank, so to speak. I am no longer one of Jhudora's top 'minions'. I swear, I will get my revenge on that Dee wretch.
