About the Guild

Realm of Valhalla (RoV) is an advanced-literate RPing guild centered around the Realms of Valhalla and Niflheim. While most RP and plots will be located in one of these two realms (thus meaning you'd need characters from one of them), we also encourage RP's on Neopia with 'normal' neopets as well.

As we are a fledgling guild with a lot of info to share, there is much still needing to be worked on. Hopefully we have enough to interest others into joining and helping us populate these magical realms.

About the Council

Hikaru: Creator and MasterMind of both Realms, Hikaru is probably also the greatest procrastinator when it comes to actually typing up everything that goes on in her mind. Thankfully, she can always count on Raile to help her out in whatever she needs. Main PlotMaker, LayoutMaker and the person you need to direct any questions relating the general schematics of how the Realms work (if it's not been written on the appropriate petpage already).

Raile: Cranky and arrogant, Raile likes to yell at everyone else because they're 'doing it wrong.' Actually, he's not that bad... unless he thinks you're stupid. Then he's just awful. Good at coming up with weird ideas and darker stuff, Raile is mostly known for good writing and bad art. He has a known soft spot for rodents... rats in particular. This can be exploited. As the Creative Writing Major, he's the one you should direct any questions and concerns regarding RP and general written pieces.

Ceci: Creator of the Featherwing Niflheim Clan, and quick to become nervous, she is always up for a good RP, provided there's no big surprises. Awarded the 'Maker of Most Complex (but amazing) Designs' title, if you have any doubts or need help designing your character's looks, she's the one to contact.

Zyo: Zyo occupies the fourth council slot, and is the owner/creator of the Twintail clan of Niflheim. She's overly modest, very friendly, and always up for a roleplay – no matter where or when. Zyo doesn't like large groups of people much, and is a bit of a lurker, but she can come up with some of the coolest ideas. Even with English as her first and only language she tends to make quite a few mistakes often, If you notice point it out. Its the only way she will ever remember! She's rather quiet too, as well as shy, but quite honestly, Zyo's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

Kathrya: Normally found hanging around with Ceci or RPing with Zyo, she's pretty freaking weird. Seriously. Self proclaimed Queen of the Lame and thinks she's really rather pathetic, she tries to be understanding, and you can always contact her if you have any sort of problem. She's generally nice, though overreacts when seeing something stolen, and has a fetish for all things cute. Kathrya also happens to fail utterly at making male characters, as well as evil ones. She often uses her own personalized stream of logic and has been told she's insanely good at confusing people. She loves to procrastinate and hates the amount of homework that you get in school these days. Kathrya is also very judgmental, either liking or hating a person on first meeting, though it really is possible to change her opinion, believe it or not. She also can get ticked off at really little things, but it's better not to worry about this, since Ceci's always there to listen and help her out when this happens and she starts to mood swing. She balances being council in The Xweetok Forest as well, but is usually lurking anyway RoV thanks to having two browsers. Kathrya also loves the stuffing out of her Cherub, Truth.

Ranks

Fledgling: When you are first accepted into the guild, you are given this title.

Valhallan: Once you have made a successful neopet character from Valhalla you are given this rank.

Niflheimer: Once you have made a successful neopet character from Niflheim you are given this rank.

Realmer: If you have characters from both realms, you will be granted this rank.

Valkyrie: Reserved for trusting members who have proven their RP abilities, and have participated successfully in Guild Plots.

Joining Valhalla

The application process for Valhalla is fairly simple. In a Neomail or on a petpage, please include the following information.

1. Who are you? Why do you want to join this guild?
2. Do you have any characters completed? Which ones? (Please provide links to lookups and petpages if possible).
3. Which Realm are you interested in RPing in? Why?
4. Do you have a Neopet you plan to make a character out of for this Realm? Or do you plan to convert an older character? If so, which one?
5. Anything else you think we should hear/know?
6. On what account should the guild invite be sent? (Please make sure you have guild invites enabled.)

Please include an RP sample with your application. Applications without RP samples are unlikely to be accepted. If you do not want to bother with a layout, you can use the following to write your application:
