Per information published by Danny Phantom creator Butch Hartman on January 24, 2006, the series will no longer be in production following the completion of episode #53, which is scheduled to air in February of 2007. At the time of this notice, only 19 episodes remain until DP is cancelled forever.

That is to say, UNLESS.
