Hey, This is my Defenders of Neopia Guide! Hopefully soon I wil have every DoN (short for Defenders of Neopia) Battle Opponent on here to help you.
For now though, I just have the harder opponents. Remember to book mark this page, I hope it helps!=D By the way, be sure to read my FAQ at the bottom of the page for any questions you might have.

WHERE TO FIND THE DoN OPPONENTS

Mission 1: Pant Devil. Found randomly around the site, but you can also get him at the Wheel of Excitement or possibly while playing Dice-a-roo.
Mission 2: Ghost Lupe. Get Him -invalid_word-Here.
Mission 3: Cave Chia. Get him by Refreshing at Page 2 of the Cave Paintings.
Mission 4: Meuka. (Avatar Battle) Get Meuka by having a Pet with the Sneezles and then visiting the Quick Ref Page.
Mission 5: The Brain Tree. Get him by doing one of his Quests.
Mission 6: Commander Garoo. You get him by refreshing at the Virtupets Space Station.
Mission 7: Tekkitu The Witch Doctor. Get him by taking a Tiki Tour.
Mission 8: The Meerca Henchmen. (Avatar Battle) Get Them by resfreshing Here.
Mission 9: Giant Ghostkerchief. Get this Challenger by visiting This News Page.
Mission 10: Sloth Clones! Get them by going Here and refresh.
Mission 11: Snow Beast. Get him by refreshing at the Advent Calendar.
Mission 12: Giant Hungry Malevolent Chomby. (Thats a Doozy) Get him by refreshing Here.
Mission 13: The Mootix Warrior. This Challenger is Automatic! Mission 14: Kastraliss. Get him by refreshing Here!
Missoin 15: The Slug Monster. Ew. Get Him by having a Slug Flakes in your inventory, and then refresh Here=P
Mission 16: The Drenched. No, Theyre Soaked! Get them by refreshing at the Maraquan Weather Page. Make sure it's raining!
Mision 17: The Qasalan Mummy! Get this guy by refreshing Here. If it helps at all, refresh on page 6 of the lost desert plot. It seems to get most people the challenger quicker. (Well, for me and a few other people I know anyway..!)

FAQ:

What is 'Burrow', 'Fiery Gaze' and 'Sink' ?
Burrow and Sink are faerie abilities which you can get by blessing your pet with Bottled Faeries. To get Burrow, your pet has to be level 10 or higher, and you need to use the Bottled Earth Faerie until you are blessed with it. For Sink, your pet has to be level 21 or higher, and you need to use the Bottled Dark Faerie until you are blessed with it. To get Firey Gaze, your pet has to be level 6 or higher, and you need to use the Bottled Fire Faerie until you are blessed with it.=)

Which items if I use will disappear forever?
For the purpose of this guide, these items are one use;
Shooting Star Muffin
Shooting Star Muffin
Fire Muffin
Stone Muffin
Thick Smoke Bomb
Scroll of Freezing

Note: The muffins are used for damage. The Thick smoke bomb will block all attacks for one round, and the Scroll of Freezing will freeze them for one turn and is fragile, so there is a chance it will disappear after any use.

I dont get what you mean by 'Strength Boost'. Does it mean ALL of my stats have to be at that number?
a Strength boost is just a certain time where your strength reaches a certain point, and therefore your attacks will be a little bit stronger. So if it says '†55 Str Boost Needed', it just means that your strength points have to be at 55 or higher.
