First Look: 8/10 The banner did not match and it was quite annoying having the white stuff behind it. It kind of drew me away, and it would be more pleasant if it matched the colours on the layout or said your site name at the least.

Content: 15/15 You have very cute art and I see nothing wrong here! Keep drawing and you'll get even better at it. I'd colour more neater though.

Layout: 12/15 It's a premade, doesn't match the banner and I think you'd be better of using a re-usable blog rather than this one. I am only saying that as although you have the navigation, and the back to the tops it just looks neater.

Grammar/Spelling: 4/5 Under rules, you have "Never steal my art, And never enter my art into contests. " The "a" in "and" shouldn't be capitalized.

Uniqueness/Effort: 10/10 Everything is very unique and you have obviously put effort into it.

First Look: 9/10 Really cute layout on the front page! It's very cute and is easy enough to understand what's going on. I like the gradient text at the top! The navigation is cool and all, but I don't like how when you hover over it, it turns grey. I would change it to a different colour, maybe for the pink, blue, and for the blue, pink? That would be pretty cool.
Suggestion: I find the buttons are pretty boring (the navigation), spruce it up a bit!

Content: 12/15 I like your button choices, the different fonts, not many have them, and the different borders. Some buttons are low-quality when you make them, but you can't really stop what the person requests, can you? I like the layouts, all I would suggest is getting more, but you are still pretty new, so that's okay. I actually really like style 3, I've never seen anything like that. You have quite a bit. In the fonts there aren't many, and most are just repeats with different colours.
Suggestion: Get more avatar fonts, and layouts, get different styles. I can't tell if the petpages are pages inside pages style, so if they aren't get some!

Layout: 10/15 I like the layout! The images are very cute, but don't match the blue and pink theme. One thing that really bugs me is the scroll bars. On each page, you can see the top of another scroll bar. It's quite annoying. This layout is very easy to use. No comments really to add.
Suggestion: Fix the scroll bars.

Grammar/Spelling: 5/5 Found nothing wrong here.

Uniqueness/Effort: 7/10 Your site is... interesting. There's nothing that really STANDS out to me. For instance, The Deli stands out because it has a certain theme with food, and it's really interesting. But, I can tell you put a lot of effort into this site, so that's great!
Suggestion: Get a theme, you can do a lot with it. Your theme is Magic right? Do something with that! Or, you can have a special feature. It makes people more interested.

First Look: 10/10 I really like it at first glance. I love how it's all put together. I like the blues. I have no tips or anything in this topic.

Content: 10/15 Okay, you have a nice amount of button and glitter examples, but no banners! That's not too great, seeing as nobody will request one if there is no examples. The buttons aren't high quality. Some seem low-quality and some seem in the middle. I think if you use a different font it might look better.

Layout: 12/15 Once again, I like the layout. I have a few complaints though. Well, the navigation, it's too pushed to the left, and may bug visitors, I'd suggest moving it more to the right. I'd suggest maybe 960px left. ^^ The pink heart in the first picture on the layout is different, but I actually rather like it, as for there not to be so much blue. The headers kind of annoy me, I just don't like that font though. I really like the title on the side with the gradient border, really nice!

Grammar/Spelling: 4/5 In the rules for a button request, button and request have no need to be capitalized, and I don't really like how the third rule sounds under the button requests. "No off-Neo, I assure you already know that." It doesn't sound right to me. "No off-Neo, but I'm sure you already know that" sounds better. Also in glitter request don't capitalize premade glitter in the rules.

Uniqueness/Effort: 7/10 I like your site well enough, and there's effort put into it as I can see. Some of the borders you have are nice, I have never seen some of them!

Sitely: 5/5 Everything here is okay.

Return: 8/10 I most likely will return for a button, banner, or glitter!

Layout: It's kind of boring and plain, and it's hard to see the navigation, as the background is colourful and there is no solid colour behind it. The banner is bigger than the box with all the writing, maybe fix that? The banner is sort of low quality, maybe request one from a banner site? It's hard to see the updates.
Uniqueness: The fonts are unique, but some aren't that great. The site has no extra features that are unique. Well, it's very nice though!

First Look: 8/10 It's kind of boring when I first click on it. I see "Rox Ratings" but it's bland. I get dis-interested quite a few. I think the thing that throws me off is the text area part. I dislike the scroll bar there, and it's just out of nowhere really.

Content: 13/15 Reviews are pretty good, I don't notice them being bad or anything. I'm not going to check through all of them as they are very long, which is good. Mine are not half as long. ^^

Layout: 8/15 Not loving the layout too much. I like how the navigation fades, but then it doesn't look right because the box stops and it's noticeable. It looks pretty cool, but once again bland. I notice Perspicacious 28 made this layout. They have improved quite a bit since this layout, I presume. I notice their newer layouts are very nice. I don't really suggest changing anything, because then it may look really weird. I really like the background, but it took a bit to load.

Grammar/Spelling: 5/5 No errors I noticed.

Uniqueness/Effort: 7/10 This site isn't really unique, since the name is boring, no offense, and you can't do much with that to make it unique, but you can think of ideas for the site. For example, you could do something to do with snowflakes, as your story at the home page has to do with snowflakes. There is a good amount of effort for this site.

Sitely: 5/5 All good here.

Return: 8/10 Maybe.
