New Notice!

We have a new policy for the waiting list and notifications -- First Reply First Serve: meaning that if you recieve a neomail notification about a pet for adoption, the first on to reply will have the opportunity to adopt. We are quite busy so efficency is important. If for some reason you can't recieve neomail, I am sorry to say, I will have no way to notify you about any pets being availible.

We also just deleted the staff sections. Thank you to all the neopians who have helped us in the past. The staff has be discontinued (sorry, staff! Thanks for your help!). If there are any problems related to staff please neomail and I'll see what I can do.

Welcome to the MoonCake Adoption Agency!

Please understand that all the neopets at this Agency are free. We discourage neopians to adopt from here if they have their own adoption agencies or can afford a nice pet themselves. We also discourage neopians who want to adopt here so they can repound or put the neopet up for adoption in another agency. We also prefer if you adopt on your main account.

R U L E S / G U I D E L I N E S

1. We are not responsible for keeping reserved pets for extended periods of time. If you do not come pick up your pet, your pet will be at risk for adoption.
2. To make sure that the transfer adoption goes through within 3 days (otherwise Neopets sends back the neopet and doesn't give us a refund for the neopoints it costs for us to send pets), make sure you are on neopets when the transfer is going through to collect your pet quickly (while neopets are being transferred we can't adopt new pets).
3. Once you have made your final decision to adopt a pet, you must accept it when it is sent to you via the pound transfer feature.
4. When adopting neopets make sure to have neopoints out. Neopets makes you pay a fee when accepting a user- user transfer or adopting from the pound.
5. If you are not active on neopets for over 100 days we have the right to remove you from the neopian waiting list since 100 days is quite unactive. We understand that many neopians can't be on neopia everyday but 100 days seems like a generous number. If you decide to continue playing neopets than you may neomail greentea_leaf to be put back on the list. If you know you will be unactive for over 100 days but want to stay on the list then you should neomail greentea_leaf to ensure you will not be removed.

Agency Rules Notice: When filling out forms or sending neomails make sure to include the word moonCakes! somewhere in the first neomail you send to us so we know you read the rules. If you do not include this, we have the right to reject your form.
