Hello! This site contains many untaken names for pets you will create. It would be nice if you'd tell me if you used one/found one that has been used. :)
Your mom forces you to go outside and 'get some sunshine.' So you walk around your front yard and search for something to do. But you find nothing to do. so you flop down on the grass, looking at the clouds. In the corner of your eye, you see the sun. It looks kind of like, is that awesome face? Then you made a mental message saying, "I'm just seeing things. It's just the regular sun." Just to make sure, you go inside for some sunglasses.
You go back outside, then you put on the sunglasses. You then carefully look at the sun. Then you saw awesome face again. So you slapped yourself at your head. You look at the sun again. There is awesome face. You erased the mental message you made. The sun is awesome face. Then you whisper, "Weird." You take off the sunglasses.
You go back to looking at the clouds. Then you see a rainbow. You wonder, "It hasn't rained for a few days. How did a rainbow get here?" Then you look closer, the rainbow is moving. You look closer, a poptart? It even has a cat head and cat feet. You wonder, "Is it Nyan cat?" Then you go inside to get binoculars. You go back outside. You look at the poptart cat with a rainbow with the binoculars. Then your'e sure, this is Nyan cat!
Then something catches your eye. It's blue, but what's that rainbow in it? You take the binoculars and look at it. It's some kind of horse. But wait, it has wings? Then it notices you. "Who are you looking at?" It came from the pegasus. It flies down to you. "Well, I'm Rainbow Dash. Who are you?" She says. "wolfquestlover9." You say. "Hi, wolfquestlover9. Nice to meet ya. Now, I'm gonna go back to my cloud." And she leaves. What a weird day! You get up to go inside, but then you hear a "SSSSSssss..." Is it a snake? You think. You turn around and see... a Creeper! You rush inside.
You wonder how these guys got their names. Nyan cat, Awesome face, the Creeper, and Rainbow dash. You wonder if you can give YOUR neopet a nice name like these. Well, you have come to the right place! Random provides plenty of names for you! This site really fits the names, because the names are randomly thought up!

ReviewsI am reviewed at places.
I sent a request here to get reviewed.
This one reviewed my old layout. (It was a pretty ugly layout I must day so myself :P)
Your site looks very....unique and different and I am curious about it, but from a basic skim, it looks like your site could use some work.
Frankly, your layout isn't all too great. It's definitely colourful, but it's not really of great quality. The smileys and the text-boxes are choppy and sometimes a little cut-off, which tends to ruin a layout. The image has to be clear, not used repetitively, the text-box has to be an adequate size, and the border, if there is one, shouldn't be choppy, but sharp and smooth. Also, the smiley face in the text-box isn't very convenient because it's taking up space that should be used for a larger text-box, since it's a little flat right now.
The backgrounds don't match, so what you need to do is put your layout image on whichever editing program you made it (i.e. GIMP or MS Paint), eye-drop the image background, find out what colour it is, and use that as your background so the layout image and background blend in with each other.
Your text isn't exactly aesthetically pleasing, it's hard to read, and the font is very odd looking, in fact a little creepy looking, like it's dripping. The exclamation point 'points' are too small and choppy looking too, and besides, the smiley image is just being used too much. Another thing that's small is the red text saying "a name site by bubblebeam7", which was very hard to read. The navigation is also difficult to read, since the green and yellow letters are practically too light to read. Also, the font is being used too much, so you should probably switch it up for the navigation.
No offense, but your layout isn't very good or aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend requesting a layout, or downloading GIMP (it's free) if it's not downloaded already and practice with that. Just don't use Paint, since it never turns out well. With some work, though, layouts can turn out better.
-1.5 points for repetitive image and font use, -1.5 points for choppy images and text-boxes, and -.8 points for some unreadable text.
Your introduction is a little long, monotonous, and at some parts, unnecessary.
First off, the icons have little do with the site, and are kind of in the way and taking up space, so if you like them a lot, you could just move them to your toybox. Unnecessary phrases, which I also proofread and corrected: "I was expecting you. Why? Cause I'm cool like that. Not really, I didn't know you were here." It takes up space and time.
Neomail me if one of the names are taken because I don't feel like going through ALL OF MY NAMES to see if they're taken." Just put this on the Names page.
Well people who are still reading, surprised you're not bored. Ok then, I guess I'll talk about this thing. :3. I'm not very good at thinking up three letter names or the short ones everyone likes, but I do have a few. Randomness." Very random and very unnecessary. You should not have to have your introduction so long to the point that people will just give up and stop reading. The blurb involving short names isn't super important, but you can also put it on the Names page if you want.
Someone has adopted Rittoru and she said to me that Rittoru will be her new lab rat + she complimented my page! :D Still I'm sad I don't get that many users. :(" This is just very confusing and unnecessary since I don't think many people get the point of this being put on the introduction page. If anyone asks where your neopet got it's name and it's from here, please say Kaloru's petpage or give them a link. :3 " This should be in the Names section, and re-worded to: "Please credit me to /~Kaloru if you use one of my names. Anyway, I don't have that many names here but if you have some good names you're not going to use, ask me and I'll find it a good home. I'm pretty good at finding untaken four-letter names, but three-letter ones are hard." You already said some of this in other previous paragraphs, and it's also not that super important. You probably shouldn't tell people, "Oh yeah I can't think of some kinds of names that well, so I need all the help I can to run my OWN names site." They might think, "Okay then, this person probably doesn't have any names I like." or something like that. Thank you so much for helping me fix my update box! I am so happy!" You could probably put this in the Credits section, re-worded to "Thanks to 'person' for helping me fix my updates box.
The old buttons are gone. You can still take them, just neomail me. It's just they will be rare. If you see a blue envelope anywhere around here, click on it to go to my lookup, then neomail me if you want." This is unnecessary, and honestly, people know how an envelope works. You really don't want your visitors to think you think very little of them that they don't know how the envelope works in the site world.
Go to caleyera's page to see the old updates! :3" Put this in your Updates section. One thing you should include in your introduction is a link to your user-lookup, like "Welcome to Random! My name is (a href="link to user-lookup")Bubble(/a)and blah blah blah." You get the point. ;)
-2.5 points for a lot of unnecessary rambling in the introduction and -.5 points for not including a link to your userlookup.
Your updates should be the width of the page, so you have more room for them. Plus, it a little looks odd when you have a small box pushed into the left side of the page.
Also, the updates should be ordered with the oldest on the bottom, and the newest on top. When people check someone's updates, they want to see the most recent one, as it gives the most recent news and such. It makes a lot of sense.
Also, the back button should be below the updates box, and between (center)(/center) tags.
-1 point for a very small updates box that's awkwardly placed and -1 point for unnatural order of updates.
First off, regarding the Names section, you should remove the br tag before the the first header, because the space above the header looks awkward.
The first paragraph should be re-worded to something like this: "These are all the untaken names, so enjoy! There aren't a ton of names now, but some day, I dream that there will be so many names you won't even want to think about counting them!
You should also put a few rules for the use of your names, such as how people should credit you, that people need to neomail you if they use a name, among other things, though those are the main points.
Be sure to remove that little underlined blurb on the main page since you've already put the pronunciations for each of the names.
There was one pet, Sediroth, a boy, who has their name linked to their petpage instead of their petlookup, so be sure to fix that.
Your names are really interesting, and most definitely unique, especially since they're random. They're very creative and different, though not in a bad way, but in a very good way, since you have a name site and names are what's keeping you in business, technically. Also, those pronunciations are really handy, because on some of the names I'm scratching my head wondering how to pronounce it.
Whenever you get some time, you should alphabetize the names, which is more convenient to the visitor.
For your Boy, Both Gender and Short Name sub-sections, the columns should be split in two so that you don't have to scroll the page to see the rest of the scroll-box. It's very awkward looking and confusing currently, so here's the code to split the columns:
You should obviously edit that to fit the page. It's really nice that you do requests for names too, though I'm not sure how many people will actually request one. :/ -.8 points for awkward fitting of boxes and -.5 points for some minor aesthetic and wording issues.
The Pounded page seems a little useless. Most of the pets ave found a home, and a few of the symbols are useless. For example, the grey heart is....strange, and the green bullet involving peptpets is subjective. You might think that the petpet is cool but someone else might hate the petpet. Nonetheless, if you choose to keep this page up, I'll correct the first paragraph for you, as it didn't flow very well: "Find these well-named pets a home! If these are adopted and change from their original status (i.e. is/not sick), I will not change this, since I like to show how they originally were in the pound. For example, if Gofinhomon was sick and it was adopted and cured, I wouldn't take off the red cross.
-1.2. points for a basically unneeded page.
In your link-backs section, I have a few suggestions. First off, you should make the textareas smaller, perhaps 88px wide and 15px tall. This way, you an fit the textareas right under the buttons, and then you can line up the buttons so visitors don't have to scroll so much to see the link-back buttons. If you don't know what I mean, you can always check out my sitely section.
Also, the blurb on the bottom is unnecessary since it's easy to find button sites aon any site direcotrey, and you have enough link-back buttons as it is.
I would like to say that you have some nice link-back buttons, because you know it's very important to have attractive link-back buttons that people will want to use. However, the third link-back button and the last two aren't that great as the other link-back buttons.
Be sure to work on getting more affiliates. That's a great way to advertise your site. Also, in your affiliates section, you might want to reduce all the space between everything a bit. It gets a little annoying to scroll a lot to see just a little bit of stuff.
No offense, but I don't exactly get why you keep shoving a bunch of things into itty bitty boxes. You should really make the toy box bigger so you can also add your non-transparent pixels there too (linking back to the creators on the pixel), giving you an extra page to do whatever. Or, if you want to, you can put your entire toy box with your old updates since there's space on that page as well. For the Credits, you really just need to say "Bullets from Chocolate Box". Also, the last sentence in parenthesis is unnecessary.
The Competitions section is unnecessary, and if you do ever enter any competitions, you should put it on your home-page to make it more public. -.6 points for unnecessary scrolling that can be minimized, -.4 points for a unneeded section and -.5 points for using tiny boxes.
under listers, Elle's help Guide has closed. In your navigation, you really should've included a spot for home, instead of using the title of the site to go to the home-page. Also, in some pages the back buttons are really confusing. In the Sitely section (which you misspelled in the navigation) they lead back to the main Sitely navigation, but in the other pages, there are back-buttons that lead to Home, which is confusing. Also, in the Names section, there should be back buttons on the sub-pages to lead back to the main page navigation of the Names. -1 point for some confusing usage of the back button, and -1.2 points for no proper homepage button in the navigation.
The last things I need to mention in this review involve some of your graphics. First off, your back buttons aren't that great. They may fit with the colour scheme of your site, but are a little hard to read and not very well made, so I recommend finding other back buttons. Your headers however, don't fit in the the colour scheme of your site. I know they can't be completely rainbow, but they can be more colourful, because right now they are grey and plain and not fitting with the rest of your site. -1 point for low-quality back buttons and -.7 points for plain, un-matching headers.
Post-Conclusion: Well, while you have some creative names which boosts your site, Random needs help to improve in almost all other areas, as it's still not of good quality.
