Hello! I'm Faye. Welcome to my Pet Shrine, of a sorts. As some didn't have enough room on their individual petlookups for all of their art and I wanted a running history of each of my pets, I decided to make an Pet Shrine/Art Dump to include more in-depth descriptions about each of my pets and their individual stories...particularly if they interact with other pets here on the site.

SAPPHIRE DRACHEN

The Gem
Pronunciation: Ah-key-diss
Painted Maraquan: 6.20.08

History: Akeidis was adopted as a blue draik from a user named Knoxi, shortly after the pound reopened. With the help of my friends Andy and Bri, I was able to finally paint him my dream: maraquan. Akeidis has gone through many designs...and is even now undergoing a new one because of an interacting storyline with Amakke.

AMAKKE
TOPAZ DRACHEN

The Wind Rider
Pronunciation: Ah-mah-kee
Painted Royalgirl/Desert: 5.27.10
Pirate Clothes Achieved: 11.1.11

History: Amakke was a dream come true. After a year of being frozen, sakyh was finally returned to me (my account was frozen for protection at the VERY beginning of the CG storm when the whole site's security was shot). Thankfully, TNT had returned my stolen UC Grey Kougra as well. I prefer bright colors and happy things so I ended up eventually putting him UFT for the perfect draik (I love Akeidis, but I wanted a pair for him. Draiks are my favorite pet of all time and they're so much fun to customize!). I finally met Beyahh and we did an adoption trade for Amakke whose name I absolutely ADORED as it reminds me of the Na'vi's native tongue from the movie Avatar (one of my ultimate favorites of all time!). Amakke was cross-painted the same day I got her. (:

EVOLVING OUTFITTER

The Chameleon Personality
Pronunciation: Dye-Lee-Ah

History: Dyliae was a present from my dear friend Brianna. I had been successful at putting of getting a kacheek for quite a while (they would be a danger to my wallet because they customize so well...the exact reason I wanted one!) until I ran across a kacheek named Raeliant. Because her name reminded me of "radiant" I was instantly infatuated. However, her owner was only trading her for extreme offers. A month after the let-down, Brianna told me she'd found me a white kacheek. And thus Dy came to be! :3

Story: Puddle comes up with all of the adventures, but Dyliae can gather intelligence for them with her ability to blend into any environment and change personalities like changing hats. Their partnership began and they hope to one day publish their findings to become famous NT Writers! Dy's lookup description changes to reflect her current customization.

Dream Come True: 5.27.11

History: Despite not wanting grey pets due to my liking vibrant and happy colors, I've always loved the UC Grey Gelert artwork. They're just absolutely GORGEOUS. Gee was a dream come true that all started with a gift from Victoria to trade for a pet I really wanted. It ended with a dream trade swap between Emma and myself, where I was able to get a hold of her dream pet (UC Darigan Cy) to trade with her in a single day. It was a lot of work, but Gee is totally worth it! (As an extra side..."Gee" is also one of my favorite songs by Girls' Generation lool).

Interactive Story: Celeste originally adopted Gee as an act of defiance against her queen (cats don't get along with dogs as a general rule). Over time and many exasperating events, Gee wove her way into Celeste's heart and remains her loyal and steadfast companion.

GOLDEN WERETIGER

Relunctant Queen
Pronunciation: Cell-Est

History: Celeste was part of a Quick Adoption board where none of the pet names were given and the only application was to write a story synopsis in three posts or less. Without names, I didn't have any interest in the pets but hung around for four of the boards as a couple of my friends were there. Towards the end, Moose ended up releasing most of Celeste's name (one of my favorites of all time) which teased a story idea. She allowed me to make a last-minute app and I was the lucky owner chosen to adopt! (: I gave Cel her Naleap the next day.

KINDHEARTED KELPIE

The NC Baby
Pronunciation: Kay-tis
Painted Royal: 8.17.09

History: Kaitis was a random gift from a random user. I was taking a break from BCing Akeidis and surfing around the Pound Chat as usual. I had stumbled on a board and had mentioned that Kaitis would make a beautiful RG Peo. After chatting for a while, Kaitis was offered to me and I accepted. I adopted her as a blue peophin and later painted her royal (helped by a wonderful donation from Brooke). Kaitis was never really meant to be an in-depth character pet. She's the very personification of me: bright colors, soft blue, pretty...I could never part with her!

LITTLE GRIFFIN

The Princess
Pronunciation: Puh-dull

Roleplay: Misadventures with her friend Xeri;
Apprentice in crime: Lanauk;

History: Puddle was adopted as she is from a user named Kadsy. I was browsing UFA lists as usual (because I'm nosy). As soon as I spotted her name, I fell in absolute love. I took out a piece of paper and tried to see if I could draw an eyrie. After a success, I set myself to applying for her. Amazingly enough, I was the only one to do so. You cannot deny her awesome name! She's my little misfit. She sees everything as an adventure and you can never get her down!
