About Me

Hello! My name is Camilla, although I'm best known as Cami. I'd like to apply to adopt Koldest, and I thought I'd outline the reasons why I think I'm the best prospective owner.

I began playing Neopets in February of 2005, at the age of 11. I was instantly hooked; Neopets was my safe haven. My first account was Laurie618 and I worked very hard to paint all my pets and have the best under-13 account I could possibly have. However, I lost interest after the v2 changes hit and I took a year-and-a-half hiatus. When I came back in spring of 2009, I was devastated to realize that I had forgotten the random birthday I used to create my first account, which I was now unable to access. I started rebuilding with this account, and I have come a long way in just 9 months. I am always looking for ways to improve my game.

Thanks to my early experience, I am a knowledgeable Neopets player. I have never received a single warning, suspension, or ban, and I try my best to be friendly and pleasant at all times. I always keep my pets well-fed and cared for, and I check them into the Neolodge whenever I can't log on daily. My family of pets and I make frequent trips around Neopia to play and shop, and of course, we love the Toy Store! When I get time without my pets, I love to play Key Quest, work on my avatar collection, blog about my horse, Stumpy, and improve my pets' wardrobes. I can often be found chatting on the AC, HC, or in my guild, or checking in on my side accounts and tending the pets I keep there.

Of course, I spend a lot of time offline too. My greatest passion is for my horse of three years, Stumpy. He is the light of my life, and I spend every spare minute with him. We show very successfully in the local show circuits, and I look forward to many great years with him. In addition, I occasionally ride my horse trainer's young horses, and this season I will likely be showing a pony for her. Outside of the barn, I love to read, write, listen to music, work on my biology homework, and play with my Pug, Louie. I am a farm girl and I'm not afraid of dirt and hard work!

Koldest's Future

As for my plans for Koldest, I have many in store! Koldest strikes me as a dark and mysterious type that is friendly and charismatic once you get to know her. I would say that she has a brave, caring heart, one that would likely be found volunteering at a needy charity. As far as wardrobes go, I would most likely not play up her dark color scheme, but rather brighten her up with a colorful background and maybe a few accessories, or a banner or string of ornaments. It seems like a bit of a shame to cover up her fantastic paint with clothes! However, I would keep her general style and possessions a mix of Spooky and bright themes.

Koldest would enjoy my frequent trips to the Toy Store, as well as helping me do dailies and battling it out in Key Quest. She may even help me conquer my fear of traveling to the Haunted Woods, and I'm sure she would enjoy playing at her hometown's Deserted Carnival, trying relentlessly to earn the Coconut Shy avatar. For her petpet, I would choose a matching Spooky petpet, maybe a Blorpulous or perhaps a Hoovle or Seece. In our spare time, I would love reading her Spooky Stories, and she'd enjoy all the Spooky Foods she could eat. Of course, she'd also enjoy riding around with her siblings on a Red Mountain Bike, cleaning up with a Soft Rainbow Brush, and bunking down in a beautiful Antique Four Poster Bed. I would enjoy her help in finishing out my Neohome as well!

On a different note, I believe Koldest would be my perfect companion. Her personality matches mine – plucky and fun, but a tad shy and just a little bit dark! I can guarantee that I will love Koldest as much as I do my other pets, and she will have a forever home with me.
