July 4- Happy Independence Day to the USA! We'll need all the non-USAers to play extra hard today because a lot of us will be out partying.
You all should be very proud of how hard we worked yesterday. We did AMAZING, no matter what the results say.

[R U L E S]
1. Anyone can make a KILL board as long as one isn't already up. (See petpage for what to post and specific board rules.)

2.You are allowed to chat as long as you are playing and you are posting between goals, lulls, and games.

3.Try and post more than one score per post to save space and make it easier for the scorekeeper.

4. No bashing other teams, it just makes our team look bad.

5. Have fun and KILL our opponents!

FIRST POST:
KILL (Krawk Island Living Legends) is a new board that will try to be up 24/7. KI can gather at these boards to post scores on YYB, MSN, SS and talk to one another. Yes, talk is allowed AS LONG AS YOU ARE PLAYING. Our petpage is

Score keepers should be: friendly, trustworthy, and willing to actually do it right.
Only volunteer to be a scorekeeper if you have a good amount of time to do it to avoid switching around too often.

To be a scorekeeper:
- Volunteer to take over when a previous scorekeeper leaves.
- Wait for a neomail from that scorekeeper with the totals and the time they left off at.
- When people post their scores on the board add them in to the total.
- If someone wants to know what our current total is, then neomail it to them. Don't post our totals on the board!
- When we reach one of our set goals (see below) neomail Julie (wwwdotjuliedotcom) so she can set a new one.

[P L A Y]
The most important part of the Altador cup is Yooyuball. So play that as much as you can! If you're not good at it or just need a break then play Slushie Slinger or Make Some Noise.

Here's a really simple way to shoot a DARIGAN YOOYU.
Its easiest if you play the 2+2 formation.
RIGHT TO LEFT ---------------------------- LEFT TO RIGHT

Follow the line in the red box. When you get to around where the blue X is aim for the purple circle and shoot. The yooyu should follow the path of the orange line. Once you get the hang of it you'll get it in (almost) every time!

GAME GUIDE

Learn how to score against the supergoalie HERE.

MSN strategy -MSN is 30 seconds
-after 10 seconds your score is usually 5000 up.
-the most you can get in msn is 10,000
-so just send your score after 10 seconds.
5000 x 3 = 15000
15000 is more than 10000 in the same amount of time play

Another suggestion: (Thanks Phleghm!)
--Have MSN and SS open at the same time and start both games, there is time to play one game of MSN while waiting for the SS table to fill up. That way you can get a score in both games in the time it takes to play a game of SS.

We will set new goals each day to keep us motivated. Whoever ends up with a final tally for the day should send it to Julie (wwwdotjuliedotcom) so she can put them up and everyone can see them.

As soon as we reach one of our goals we'll set another.
