First thing's first. If I made you a button, icon or banner, credit is still a must. You seriously can't go and claim any of my graphics as your own now that my site is closed. That is just pathetic. If I ever made graphics for you, a link to this page or my lookup is required as I did make it, and I do deserve credit, right? Thanks ^^

So, uh. I just won the button contest at Extravaganza, and recieved about 10 requests in two days when I took a short break. I felt great! Really, I was a jumble of happy, proud and relieved (that my hard work had actually achieved something). You're probably wondering why I would close my site then, right? Well, I have to admit that asked myself the same question. I have explained why exactly I decided to close Divine (with a bunch of other random info) below.

} WHY DID YOU END UP DECIDING TO CLOSE THE SITE?
When I started the site, I was excited. I thought that Divine would be great. But I soon found that other people, but especially MYSELF, expected too much of me. Owning and updating a graphics site is hard work. And with MAJOR school problems and outside of school activities, I found that it was TOO HARD. Too hard to update properly. I'm going to have to admit that my button standards dropped significantly in the past week. And I only managed to get through 1 request this week! Uh, don't get me wrong - I don't think I have lost interest in making graphics. Nup. I have lost interest in Divine. I need a break! I am addicted to updating a site that I have obviously lost interest in. Is that even possible? Basically, in the past week, I have spent hours on the computer EVERY DAY to produce really bad graphics (for my standards). Which isn't fair on my requesters or myself! I need to get outside more to stop Neopets from taking over my life. I am going to start with a hiatus... (SEPTEMBER 20)
