Will be rewritten and relayouted and redrawn soon!
You are walking through a forest, on a small trail, probably made by the creatures who live in this place. The trail wasn't overgrown but it was showing signs of not being used in a while. You look admirably at the trees and plants. There were many plants, some that you'd never seen before and many that you know well. The trees, many were ancient yet there were a few which were only young. Many of the trees were strange to you, yet there were still the oak and pine ones. The trail you were following wasn't overgrown but it was showing signs of not being used for a while. You were so engrossed in admiring the strange plants and trees of the forest you did notice a light mist gathering near the ground. The mist soon grew into fog, so thick you could only see a metre in front of you. The trail you were following began to look just like the rest of the forest floor. You were sure the trail would appear again if you continued so you walked in the direction you thought the trail would be. Soon enough you find yourself in a place where the trees seemed to give way and only small plants and trunks of the trees were to be seen. You sigh, as you realise that you are lost. You sit down on the pine needles that covered the ground, which made the ground softer, leaning your back against a sturdy-looking tree trunk. You look around but all you could see was the mist. You decide it would be better to wait until the mist disappeared before looking for the trail. Then you notice a dark shape opposite you, within the mist. It seemed to be moving towards you, you look around wondering if it would be smart to run away from an unknown beast in the mist. You decide against fleeing and wait to see what would most likely be the last living thing you'll ever see on Neopia.
Out of the fog stepped a large ebony lupe, with large draik-like wings upon his back.
Two silver rings pierced his left ear and steely-red flames crept up his right hind leg.
His blood-red eyes gaze at you, assessing you.
Your gaze was on his claws, no doubt used to rip his prey apart. You wonder whether that'll be your end.
Kage shot a thin thread towards a tree close to Jumper, and swung over to hang from a branch on that tree.
KageMusha Well, since I'm going to be doing most of the talking I shall tell you a bit about my name before we go on. My name, KageMusha (pronounced Ka-geah-moo-sha, well at least I think it's pronounced that way), is Japanese for Shadow Warrior. Kage means Shadow or shade and Musha means warrior. Jumper's human, Canine or k9, likes Japanese, well actually she likes every language she has come upon (yes, she is very weird), so she decided that my name should be in Japanese. I was named many things before we (as in Jumper, Canine and I) settled on this name. One of them being Yakkai, which means burden or trouble in Japanese. Jumper was the one to suggest such a name, for reasons completely unknown to me.
The Past Okay, Jumper's and my past is quite long, but I'll try and keep it short so as not to bore you.
When Jumper here was only a just out of his pup-hood he was taken with his parents and his birth pack to be used for an experiment. An experiment that changed his whole life, mind you. It was all because of an evil witch scientist, (yes, there are such things as witch scientists) who wanted a cheap way of acquiring a Darigan paint brush. Darigan lupes were just out and the witch figured that the Darigan paint brush would be a lot more popular with it being able to paint lupes and because of that she would be able to make a lot of profit if she could make a batch of counterfeit Darigan paint brushes that worked like the real thing. So Jumper was one of the test subjects for her evil deeds. I was one as well, I was a test subject for an experiment of creating smart sypders which could never be squashed, before she had the bright idea of counterfeit Darigan paint brushes and so she completely abandoned the spyder idea, and I was the last spyder she tested on, but I was still quite a failure. I had the brains and all but I can get squashed. It just takes me about ten seconds to de-squash myself." Anyway, back to the story. I don't know what she did but one day I saw her smuggle an unconscious (pathetic-looking) draik inside her hut (which doubled as a secret lab). The draik was never to be seen again, and the next day strange lupes with demented wings were abandoned in the forest surrounding her hut. They naturally formed a pack there as no other lupes lived near that witch. Each day that passed there was a new lupe that would appear and join the pack. All of the lupes in that pack were unsuccessful test subjects (I personally, called them "the Darigan failure pack"). Most of the pack members were from Jumper's birth pack but some were clearly lone lupes and ones of another pack. Of course other horribly demented neopets came out of that hut as well, but that's not part of the story. All of the lupes in that pack had something wrong with them. Most could use their demented wings, only three could but they were either the wrong colour to be Darigan or not quite right in the head. One thing that each of the lupes had in common was two rings on their left ear. It was the witch's sign that she had tested on that lupe. Jumper was one of the lupes within that pack. He was the youngest and the one with most hope for a bright future. He was extremely envious of the lupes in the pack that could fly and begged them to teach him how, but none of them could teach him or wanted to teach him. So he decided to go north in search of someone who could teach him flight or discover the secret to flight by himself. I, of course followed. I was curious and planned on staying hidden from him the whole way. Which didn't exactly work, by the first night he had already known I was following him. He wasn't pleased at the fact and only allowed me to continue following him if I stayed well hidden from him. I had no choice but to agree.
We travelled (or more like Jumper walked and I followed a few metres behind him swinging from tree to tree) for many months. Jumper would stop every second night to hunt then rest until noon the next day and start the cycle over again. I easily got used to this routine. We started travelling in the late winter and in the late summer stumbled upon the pack. We had travelled far and there had been a drought in the land we had just gone through. I, myself, was fine, but Jumper was not. The pack consisted of many lupes and a couple of gelerts, most of whom would not know I exist. Kole, the gamma within the pack, soon introduced herself to Jumper. She was a gelertess from the city with a human and many siblings before she had come to the pack. Little did Jumper and I know that she'd become our foster sister and her human would accept us into their already large family. Near the end of summer Kole lead Jumper (and I followed) to the city, for Jumper was curious of what Kole had described as a large place where neopets of all kinds and many humans and petpets all lived. Jumper and I had never seen anything like it. It was a huge and very busy place. It was a difficult task to keep Jumper in sight while trying not to be trampled on. I had soon come out of trailing behind Jumper during the journey, so Kole knew of me, and I had no choice but to meet her human along with Jumper when she took us to her neohome. Canine and I did not get off on the right foot. When she first saw me she hit a rolled up Neopian Times at me. Good thing I wasn't a normal spyder, otherwise I wouldn't be here talking to you. She had a fright when she saw me de-flatten myself. But she didn't hit me again after Kole explained that I belonged to Jumper. I had no idea what she was talking about, me belonging to Jumper, until Jumper and I met some of Kole's other siblings. Some of them had a little critter hanging around them they were a neopets' pet, so I was considered as Jumper's pet. Canine and I got along after that incident, and she was especially nice to me, I guess she felt guilty about how she had acted. I don't blame her though. Many humans had squashed me when they first laid eyes on me, and it was quite a bit of entertainment for Jumper. Even Kole couldn't help but smile every time I got squashed along our journey to and from her neohome, or should I say our neohome." We returned to the pack a few days after we had set off. I returned to hiding within the trees and staying out of sight of any of the other pack members, and Jumper and Kole returned to living with the pack. And that's about it. That wasn't too long, was it?
That was the longest story you've ever told.

Questions
Well, the fog is beginning to lift, but if you have any questions you'll have to ask them now, or forever hold your peace.
I have a gelert/lupe who wants to join the Misty Lands pack. How do they do that?
Can my pet be friends with you and/or Kage?
I saw another lupe that looks just like you, Jumper. Do you have a twin?
Do you like cookies?
I have an award/adoptable/picture for Jumper. Do I give them to Canine?
Is Jumper taken?
Will Canine draw me a picture for free?
Do you eat Chia?
Are you able to fly?
Who is teaching you to fly?
Why is your neopian identity Jumper602?
So.. uh, are you a Darigan lupe or a part-Draik lupe?
Why is this place so foggy?
Criminals Fortunately, we do not have any Criminals (anyone that has stolen or used things done by Canine without permission from Canine) yet.
Farewell
Jumper sits up as he notices the fog lightening. He stands and walks a few strides in the direction you had come. He gazes back to you as you sit there not knowing what he is doing.
