Welcome to my information page! Here you can find various information about me, including information about my permanent pets, my art, pets UFA and UFT, and my goals.
You can call me Umbra. I've been playing Neopets since October 2004. I spend most of my time on Neopets working on my pets (pet pages and stories and stuff), playing games, and chatting with friends.
I'm a bit of an artist and writer. I don't think I'm particularly talented in either area, but I try to put a good effort into all my work. I consider myself to be somewhat creative, and I enjoy developing new character and story ideas. On Neopets, I give all my permanent pets characters and sometimes plan out complex story about them. I also enjoy web coding and design, so I like to use these skills as much as I can in creating my pets' lookups and pages.
Flash games I tend to play often include Kass Basher, Crisis Courier, Bruno's Backwoods Breakaway, Meerca Chase II, Dubloon Disaster, and various sponsor games. Most of those are chosen because they're pretty easy to earn NPs on. xD I also enjoy playing Cheat!, Neoquest, and Neoquest II.
As you might notice, I do sometimes have a few pets UFT. These were all pound finds, lab rats, pets I traded for, or maybe customs if I offer them. I do not put pets I adopt from other users UFT, regardless of the situation. If someone gives me a pet, the only way it would ever part from me is through adoption. Also, if I have not clearly stated that a pet is UFT, it probably isn't.

No, never.
Dee will never be UFA or UFT. I don't care what you're offering. Dee is my oldest pet that I still have (one of my original four pets), and he is also one of my most precious. Even if I ever decide to quit and adopt out all of my other pets, Dee will be staying with me.

Information/History: Dee was one of my original four pets (my fourth one, actually) and is the only one of those four that I didn't eventually adopt out. He was also my very first lab rat, and his current color and species is due to the lab ray.

Information/History: I caught Vladiimir in the early days of Pound_release. He was a basic xweetok at the time. After a few months under the lab ray, he turned into a blue hissi, and I later hand-painted him Halloween.

Color/Species: Royalboy Wocky
Information/History: Jjaggeh was named after one of my real-life cats, Jag. Since we no longer have Jag, Jjaggeh is a sort of tribute to him. After four years of being a red wocky, I finally decided on a color for Jag and painted him royal. ^^

Information/History: Xari was gifted to me by a very kind user. I was actually offering to trade for her, but her owner wasn't interested in my offers. However, after seeing how much I loved robot ogrins, her owner offered to just give her to me. I'm extremely grateful, because Xari was a major dream pet of mine. ♥

Pets I adopted, initially intending to keep, but later deciding to rehome. All of these pets were pets that I generally adopted quickly without planning much for them before adopting (not to say that's never worked out for me, but it didn't in these cases).
Ebrihel Adopted out again
I adopted Ebrihel the green hissi through quick adoption from a user who was quitting and pounding her pets. She permitted me to send a neomail application, and then decided to transfer her to me. I unfortunately could never keep a character idea for her and eventually adopted her out again.
Glayfie Adopted out again
I adopted Glayfie the Island Skieth from Tiger on September 1, 2010. I applied using a neomail application (and it was kind of last minute, too). Anyway, I think Glayfie is really beautiful. However, I was unable to work out her character, so I adopted her out again. I loved having her while I did, but I thought someone else would appreciate her more.
Liriac Adopted out again
I adopted Liriac the Island Lenny from Vickie on a quick adoption board. I didn't make any application for her. Vickie just gave her to me. I'm really happy about getting to adopt her, though, because I love Island Lenny. However, I gave up on my character idea for her and adopted her out to a new owner.
