Hi there! My name is Jieffi, or Jeff, and I'm obviously a Gnorbu. I'm so glad that you've taken the time to come visit my page, not that I've got much here yet. I hope that you find it interesting and informative anyway.


So, what exactly is it that I do? Well, one day, hopefully, make wonderful and delicious pastries... I have a while to go before I get there. For now, I know a lot about different desserts and I'm happy if whatever I put in the oven doesn't come out charred. I'm improving, though (I think), so I'm on my way to becoming a master patisserie!


I guess you probably want to know more about me. Well, I'm not very good at talking about myself so, Alex wrote a description for me:

Jieffi is very humble and modest. He's actually a pretty good chef,
although his baking skills are lacking. (For some reason, he can not
work an oven.) He's not especially talkative, although not quiet either, and
he's got a razor sharp sense of humor. He's dedicated and determined,
although fairly indecisive when faced with choices. He likes to spend hours
improving on his pastry baking and strolling through town. He loves gardening
as well, but he'd never admit it. Jieffi isn't shy, but he can come across
as reserved if you don't know him. That's pretty much him in a nutshell.


If you want to know about my family, there's currently two permanent people in my life. There is Alex, my land lady and good friend, and my fairly obnoxious flat mate, JB. JB and I get along pretty well, but he's a lot more outspoken and assertive than I am, so he can sometimes be a little intimidating. He's a tad conceited, but usually Alex and I are quick to dismiss most of what he says with an insightful and humorous observation. That being said, I really wish he'd stop going on and on about indie films and his strict locavore diet. I honestly have no idea what he's talking about sometimes.


Just in case you wanted to know, although, I'm not sure why you'd have any particular interest, here are my stats for your viewing pleasure:

Um, I guess I could probably talk about some other stuff that concerns me. Well, for one thing, I am the king of videogames. Most people wouldn't guess it by looking at me, but I am. Alex says it totally brings out my competitive side. I'm also lactose intolerant. I know, you're probably thinking, "But you want to be a patisserie, doesn't that use a lot of dairy?" The answer is yes it does, and I can handle small amounts of dairy products, but in general, I just avoid eating the raw dough and I'm fine. I also hate bananas. Hate 'em. They're so mushy and gross! I can't understand why people like them. Hm, one more thing I can say, OH! Me and Alex love to watch BBC shows together! My favorite is Sherlock. (Alex thinks I'm a lot like Martin Freeman.)
