You should add hidden NP links to your guide!
I will never add hidden NP links. First of all, they don't work for everyone. Second, I'm sure Neopets doesn't appreciate people poking around at their old files. Worst of all, there once was a scam involving such a link. People would find an old flash animation of a scratchcard. When they scratched it, a scammer was able to execute a cookie grabber. It caused quite a scare because people were able to exploit hidden links on Neopets' own server. The risk of spreading such links is too great.
Can I link to your page in my shop/guild?
I always find it a bit silly when people ask this. Of course! You don't have to ask to link to a page. Linking to a page gives it more visitors, and 99% of the time the author will really appreciate it.
Your game ratios are off! The ratio for ____ says it's 2.5 when it's really 1.0!
I'm well aware. Game ratios change every 25th of the month. Neopets does this to try and balance things out. I try to change my guide as soon as I can, but don't always have time to update the day of the switch. Game guide updates usually come within three days of the ratio changes.
Where did you get your layout? / Can I use your layouts? / Can you make me a layout?
I make and code all of my layouts from scratch. I spend a lot of time making my pages original, so I ask that you please not take anything I have made unless I give permission. (Anything where a code to copy is provided is okay to take!) I barely have time to make my own graphics, so no, I don't take requests. But I guarantee you'll have lots of fun if you learn to do it yourself. Making graphics is great!
