Intoduction
Hello, my name is Jc or that's what people call me over the internet, quite use to it now. I've been on neopets quite a while and still enjoy it! I seem to have a great love for jelly which started just recently and it has controlled me ever since. I seek all knowledge on it and anything related to the stuff, pictures, information, even things related to it made by fellow neopians! Anyways I'm pretty good at programming (CSS/HTML) thanks to neopets. I already knew C and variations of it and I know the fundamentals of programming, so new | |
 | programming languages will come easier. On another note, I am quite good with photoshop and use it regularly, mostly when making various images for neopets. And yes, I do consider myself a graphics artist. To continue.. I don't mind debating, it uses your mind! Though arguing and fighting is something different and it is out of the sheer purpose of being negative to prove something and doesn't solve the matter. What's my age? Doesn't matter, now does it? Where do I live? Well Canada of course, the country of diversity and hockey. Hehe. Well actually a lot more for many other reasons (mostly positive ones). |
| What do I want to do in life? Be smart! Learn more. Aiming towards the math/science/computer/business area, but nothing is a 100% for sure. I seem to have missed mentioning the internet browser I use. Well that's not a hard one! It is of course Mozilla Firefox or firefox for short. I find it very useful and can easily be customized to your liking. It makes everything look better and understand codes better. It is also quite safe and protects your computer good. On the other hand, Internet Explorer.. Isn't the greatest. I hate to use it and I seem to have some sort of spyware on it | |
 | that slows my computer down everytime I open it. I do like though that you can change scrollbars in neopets with Internet Explorer, but that's really the only thing good that can't be done in firefox. Firefox also has tab browsing which is great for doing multiple things instead of having all these windows open. Well that's enough on me. How about neopets? Specifically my neopets... Well you might learn something on them. Just read the passage below which includes many stories on how my neopets came to be and why. |
A little on my pets, ahem pet.. I might have 6 pets, but you never know, 5 come and go and are thought not to exist..
One of my main pets has been with me since the beginning, always there and supportive. He has changed between many colours (and species) over the years, until he found the 1 just right for him. Becoming a bruce, not any bruce but a Christmas bruce who enjoys Winter the most. JBlueflameJr4 has been a Christmas Bruce for sometime, until one day, in winter, he decided to climb Terror Mountain. What a mistake, that was! He soon got lost and wasn't seen for days, until one local saw him and found him frozen in ice. He has been like that ever since, but he changed his appearance to match his favourite brucicle (he enjoys brucicles very much), the Strawberry Brucicle. Another exciting yet life changing incident that happened to JBlueflameJr4 has been when he decided to get a job on top of Terror Mountain. The Super Happy Icy Fun Snow Shop had a help wanted sign up and he checked to see if he could get it. The lenny who was in charge said sure and to start working right away. His first task was to sell a bunch of brucicles (some being strawberry). That was a bad day for him, very bad. After the first customers came and saw him, their only -disallowed_word-or eat him).
My other pets really don't exist or so it seems.
My second neopet I ever got was JCaroo, a blumaroo right at the start and sadly had a tragic death. He was going under lab ray treatment when it happened. It was sad, yet he stayed as my neopet in the family.. He doesn't enjoy jelly that much (he tried giving Chocolate_Swirl99, the jelly techo to the jelly-neopet-eating Pterodactyl in the jelly volcanos). He got a companion just after that, as the harris had a tragic death too by lab ray. He will stay being a blumaroo (and a ghost too, unless we can some how bring him back to life)and his name of course ends in a-roo which comes from the end of blumaroo. My third neopet has been my most anticipated one, he started or came with my liking of jelly. As his name is JollyJellyEater. He has been one too like the wobbly treat too, and his dream is to become jelly and know everything there is to it. He has a guide on his petpage that he updates all the time with me, he also researches past articles and pictures of jelly in the neopian times. He is daily under going changes, but never has become the food he wishes to be.. (his recent edible changes has been a garlic and strawberry jubjub). My fourth, (yet most favourite.. shh don't tell the rest.. just kidding) is my jelly techo, Chocolate_Swirl99. He has just be found by me needing a home and of course brought him in! He has enjoyed being company with me and helps run the Jelly Marketplace and my jelly gallery. He shares 1 thing in common with JBlueflameJr4, not being eaten! My second-last neopet, is also of jelly nature! Laurinnah, the jelly shoyru was with someone else for a long time, until the owner needed more room and asked me if I could adopt him. Of course, I could and thus Laurinnah is now in the family. We are happy to have him. My fifth neopet, strangely enough, is jelly too! Not only is she jelly, but she was found alone in Jelly World where I met her. Watercoloring the jelly kau was cautious at first sight, but soon came closer and after an offer of a home, said yes! She loves jelly and anyway possible of helping with it, she tries to! Now my last two, not a hard guess, is of an edible gelatin form too. jordanhale94, the jelly chomby, and Okaiii, the jelly blumaroo both having strange experiences in Jelly World, eventually came to be needing a proper home, and I surely gave one to them!
Okay that's enough for an introduction on me and my neopets, a lot of people (who coincidentally are good on neopets) have one.
Well this page is dedicated to programming/codes, my avatars, references, and what not. I don't know how you got here, but well goodjob on doing it! I think those are long enough passages, well welcome to this page, and enjoy (what's there to enjoy?!)!

Frequently Asked Questions
☆ Question?
☆ What is your name?
☆ How many neopets do you have?
| A few. They are either on this account or my side account. |
☆ What accounts do you have?
| jblueflame, jblueflamejr, and now jblueflamejrjr. |
☆ How long have you been playing neopets?
| Quite a long time.. The exact amount.. I don't know. |
☆ What is your main/favourite neopet?
| Well my main has and is my ice bruce, jblueflamejr4, who has been with me since the beginning of the account. Also called the popsicle, you should read about the incident above. Now my favourite are all my jelly neopets! They are so wobbly and great to have. |
☆ How are you so rich/smart/good/other word?
| Well anything is possible (so to say), all you need to do is work for these things. Neopoints, the key to being rich is making 15k a day (minimum) and using that wisely. You can achieve practically anything if you try and I seem not to be lately... :D |
☆ How do you make your neopoints?
| Games/Stockmarket/Restocking/Dailies/Random Events. |
☆ Could you spare/give/help the poor?
| Sorry. I don't usually give away items/things for nothing, in the end, I'd be poor. I do give tips and my opinion to help in whatever situation you might need it in. Just ask nicely! |
☆ Can you be my neofriend?
| Well... I only add neofriends for auctions/guild auctions or if I actually know them pretty good. You can add me however. :) |
☆ How do you get ' ' avatar?
| Working hard for it! First find out what to do in an avatar guide (such as garmfays) than work until you can achieve it. Unless it's a random event such as the tooth faerie and sloth, you just have to wait than. :) |
☆ Can I neomail you?
| As long as it doesn't violate anything in this section. What Frequently Asked Questions are for - to save you the time of asking one. |
☆ Could you make me a (insert word here)?
| (Userlookup, PetPage, Coding, Graphics) Depends. I can always help, but I don't have the time to literally make things for you. I wish I had so much free time.. |
☆ Can I borrow 'such-and-such'?
| I can't lend items to people I don't know. How would I know if you would give them back? Once I give it/them to you, I can do 'NOTHING', can't report or tell neopets. |
☆ Want to join my guild?
| Unless it is so spectacularly great and outstanding in all aspects(graphics, coding, layout, guild system and activities, etc), I highly doubt it.. I'm the leader of a small jelly one (which is kind of boring at the moment..) and if you want to join that go ahead! I might join your guild on my side though, if I see fit. If you also check my userlookup, it currently says closed. |
☆ Can I join your guild?
☆ Can you help me in a game?
| No! I can not. And you should never give your account or pw to anyone. Never trust anyone! You should also earn any game avatars yourself. |
☆ Battledome Challenge?
| Seriously, if I'd have the time, I would enter the battledome and fight everyone who had challenged the popsicle (my ice bruce)! |
☆ Graphics Request?
| Maybe, Maybe not. I usually make my own digital art when needed. |
☆ Someone took this picture/coding that you have and used it?
| Unless I have it somewhere specified, please tell me of the culprit of who might of took something from me! Some things from my jelly site are acceptable to use. |
☆ Premium Invite?
| HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! If you actually use premium, I'm going to laugh some more.. Who 'wastes' money on a 'free' internet website. It's just another money-making scheme by neopets which ruins the site and does give an unfair advantage to 'some'. Why some? Well let me explain.. Premium does offer some benefits and what those non-thinking money-spending people don't know is that you can get those benefits for free. Mostly legit (not cheating). Here is what premium offers, a default avatar, stealth!, email account(useless), board to talk on, beta testing new games, super shop wizard (best feature, but can be gotten free), scratchcard a week (just like normal ice cave ones), a portal (just a page with links), the ability to get the space faerie charm by referals, and real life services.. I think that's about all it offers. Now let me explain how you are wasting money for these little features. First a default avatar is not even a secret and I don't even like the look of it that much, so it's not a big deal. Stealth! ?? With some coding you can get this on your userlookup as well and it pretty much means under 1 day ago or why would they be spending money on a service they don't use?!? An email account, which you don't need and probably won't use and who wants to email you on a neopets account... This is mainly for neopets business and is useless. Scratchcard a week? That's okay, but it isn't worth your money, and in less time it took you to spend it for the service, you could make that in nps and buy your own different scratchcard (about the same chance of winning). A portal?! Go to a neopets fansite and you can have all the links and areas around neopets there. Real life services? Why would you want to go on to neopets to find out the weather or something else irrelevent and even if it is an extra, I wouldn't want this service and it would clutter up the space of my browser window and decrease the load time. Now refering people (which takes time) to get the space faerie charm.. All it does (I've seen and heard) is take off a tiny bit (a couple hundred nps) off an item you purchase at a neopian store, they benefit of this shows after a long long time, it also might randomly double a game score... A board to talk on with other premium members? Don't see why that would be great. Beta-Testing new games? After trying it once, you're bored of the game, and an offsite early news poster might have the game (ending in a .swf) to play. Let's see what we have left... The Super Shop Wizard, the only useful feature of premium (that actually is an unfair advantage towards free players and those neopets people should be in trouble for doing this...) but if premium can have it, you should have your own without paying.. Or that wouldn't be fair. There are a few legit ways that neopets shuns against and than... the others.. Which you might not want to use. If you have heard of 'ImproveNeo' which is a userscript in your browser (not dangerous and can not be detected) and this is even better than super shop wizard (which can't be used for certain items), just double click the word of the item, if your at a shop, your shop, your items, your SDB, trades, auctions or even some other places, a list of the cheapest prices will appear (wherever you want them to such as the top right corner) within seconds? Compare that to super shop wizard! :D It also does a lot of other really good things which may not be the most fair, but if premium exists, so should these. It is also 'FREE'. Does it do anything bad to get these prices? No. It uses your normal shopwizard and only temporary stores information when getting the list of items to show the cheapest prices. There are also some other ways of getting a good shop wiz by other means which I wouldn't recommend (you might be in danger).
So let's see where you are using that money you earn, every month (which is less for you to spend in real life and after a while with other things added in, it could leave you slightly less in change). Well if you see what you are getting, all it is, is a couple 1000 nps and a super shop wizard and for a lesser player, they might actually need the other services... Now that is why I will never get premium! So don't invite me or try to. Your at the loss not me. Your lack of knowledge is the downfall of you (and your money). |
☆ How do you know so much about jelly?
| How does Jelly World hide in such a way, that only some can find it? :D |
☆ How long have you had your jelly guide?
☆ Jelly Question?
| You should visit my guide here. If you still are left unanswered, feel free to neomail me. The guide also has it's own FAQ. |
☆ I heard your moving JollyJellyEater's Guide to an off-neopets-site?
| Unofficial so far.. Should have more and look better than the one currently on JollyJellyEater. And it will be called JollyJelly. |
☆ You didn't respond to my neomail!?
| Give me at least half a day to a day! Or else it was utterly unreplyable to. :D |

Faerie Cloud Racers Guide

To Start Guide Off, I'd Advise You To Read The Story Below
A Story of Travesty, New Friendship...(and of course Faerie Cloud Racers)
I've been here at the Cloud Races for a while now. After getting well acquainted with the walls, and learning how to stop tripping over my Poogle paws so much, I've actually started making some progress. Why, I've even been able to string together a few victories here and there.
I remember my first day at the Cloud Races; it seems like such a long time ago now. I'd come all the way from Terror Mountain, so I was already dead tired... |
|
I sat and watched for a while, trying to pick up some helpful hints from the more experienced racers who were sitting along the edge of the track. However, many of them acted as though they could hardly be bothered with us newcomers. "Did you see that clumsy Bruce out there?" one Uni cackled. "Face first, right into the wall! I tell you, they need to clear out some of these newbies and let us REAL racers have a turn.

Grrr! Who you callin' a newbie?
Can you imagine that, calling us newbies?!? Despite being exhausted from my trip, that Uni had crossed the line with her insults, and I wasn't about to sit back and take it. Despite knowing better, I shot back at her, "Oh yeah? Well if you're so good, then why don't you stop talking and get out there yourself? I'll take you on right now!
It wasn't until I had taken my place, and looked across at her, that I realised what I'd gotten myself into. The Uni glared at me, shaking her head and snorting violently. My heart was racing, and just when I was sure that I couldn't take it any more, I heard that now-familiar voice yell, "GO!!!" I slowly staggered forward, then hesitated, as all the strategies I'd overheard suddenly raced through my head at the same time. I started to the left, then turned to go back, only to swerve to the right at the last minute, barely avoiding the wall.
 | In the blink of an eye, the Uni had boxed me in with relative ease. Before I even knew what had happened, there I was: soundly beaten and severely embarrassed. I couldn't help it; I fell to the ground and began to cry.
Hey newbie," the Uni called out, "why don't you mop up those tears and go make yourself a Gormball, so you can play with the rest of the losers." At this point, I didn't even care anymore. He was right; I WAS a loser... |
You're not a loser," I heard a voice say. I looked up, stunned, and saw that it was the poor speckled Bruce that the Uni had made fun of when he'd crashed into the wall earlier on. "We're all gonna make mistakes during our first days here, but it won't last. Once we know what we're doing, then you watch; we'll be beating these guys in no time..." I nodded my head in agreement; he was right. "C'mon," the Bruce said, "how about a friendly match, you and me?
Okay!" I said, running off to stand in line for a race with my new friend....
Tired of the inevitable loss? The shame of being called a 'NEWBIE'? Want some help? It can all be answered here! It's the guide to Faerie Cloud Racers! Just start reading below and in no time you'll be that number 1 player.
First things first if you have read this story and thought:
A - your a newbie or a loser at this compared to others(and you think of yourself as such)
B - you stink at this game or don't want to try
C - you have no clue what the story's true meaning was and/or you didn't read it
D - All of the above
| |
All of these can be easily changed... especially 'C' as my first tip to give out is just read the story. 'A','B' and 'D' too can be easily changed, but you have to read this whole guide entirely compiled up by me, having found lack of interest in this game from fellow neopians for whatever unknown reason. This game is pretty simple and when you follow the steps I will give, it will make the game a breeze, as the saying goes, and you'll make a 1000 nps a game.
The Basics - What is it?
Faerie Cloud Racers is a 2D game where you control a faerie. Your faerie is always moving and you have to steer and control where it goes with the arrow pad. As your going you must avoid obstacles (the obstacles already there and the ones made by you and your opponent) and only go in an open area. Once you hit something, you lose. Pretty simple. The strategy of this game is to trap your opponent, so he/she/computer will have no where to go and must hit something causing you to win. The quicker you beat your opponent the more points. There is three matches per faerie (3 wins) and as you go up, they increase in difficulty until finally the speed greatly increases which is always a surprise at first. Once you get use to this speed the game will get easier and easier, when finally like me, you think the beginning matches are so slow and time-consuming. At this point you should get an average of 1000 neopoints a game which is 800+ points. As a bonus, the further you play the more points you make!
Here are the instructions in the game.

Faerie Cloud Racers
Hop into your Cloud Racer and try to head off your opponent with a thick trail of smoke. Using the arrow keys navigate your racer around trees, houses, and the smoke trail of each opponent. Try to defeat them as quickly as you can in order to earn as many points as possible.

What to do?
You first choose 1 player in the starting screen which is the only way to make neopoints, and pick your faerie out of 8 different ones, these including Fire, Snow, Water, Earth, Light, Dark, Tooth, and Space faerie (my favourite).

After choosing your faerie, it will say who you're facing and a couple seconds later, a ready, and a go, your off! From there I will start to tell what I call my 'Box Plan' which will help you win everytime! Just don't make mistakes and make sure your keyboard is working (having a fast reaction time) and your internet/connection should be pretty good as well. If not, you might have some troubles with this game.

Phew, now I got all the basics off my chest, I can get to what a guide is really for - tips, hints, secrets, anything to further better your gameplay. Most people quit this game of frustration or lack of interest, but after your done reading my hints and tips, this should be a daily game for you up there with Bullseye and Meerca Chase. I usually make 3k for this game everyday and if your trying to follow those 10k a day plans, you should incorporate this game somewhere in there.

The Strategy (or what I call the 'Box Plan', guaranteed to win everytime)
I will list the steps and show a picture of how to accomplish the 'Box Plan' which is really easy to do and will result in a win everytime. The computer can't beat it!

Step 1
Right when your starting you and your opponent automatically go straight until one of you steers off course, what you want is the computer to do this and will pick either going the top way or the bottem. As Such:

Step 2
When you find out where the computer is going (the above image the computer is going up) you do the opposite. You first go straight as far as you want, keep in mind the opponents 'trail' and obstacles and then go down a little bit and go right (usually take the easiest course there). You want to go right until you reach the very edge of the right side 'wall', try not to die when doing this. Here is a picture of Step 2.

Step 3
After getting to the very edge wall, go straight up (or down if the computer went down, it will all become clear in the end) where that one room space is. After doing this you go to the very top corner (or bottem). It should look like this:

Step 4
Once at the very top corner(or bottem), turn left and keep going until your at the opposite wall. (A variation of this is; once you master the 'Box Plan', instead of going to the very top you can cut it short a little bit and it will save you time. The only thing bad about this is it's a lot more risky.) Here's the image showing this step.

Step 5
Once you get to the far corner, all you do is go straight down (or up) to form the 'box' or roughly this shape where your opponent is stuck in it! Once you have accomplished this really there is one step more and you should be fine with all your Faerie Cloud Races! No more being called a 'newbie' yay! Here's what your box should look like.

Step 6
Now you boxed your opponent in, what's left is just waiting for that win, but your not there yet! Once in the other area of the screen opposite to your opponent, you must stay alive longer. Which really should be easy as you have more space. Be space-smart try going in rows and save as much space as possible. Just watch out for those pesky obstacles! Here is a picture to go with this (aren't pictures great, they help to understand things).

THE ONE EXCEPTION THAT YOU MUST GO AROUND
The one exception to this 'automatic win' is if there's an obstacle in the way! :( It's sad and pretty unbelieveable, but it's true, and it cannot be avoided. You must go around this in order to win (and one loss isn't going to hurt anyways). How do I, you ask!? You're discombobulated and you think the world is going to end this very instance, well don't threat! There is always a way around these things.

That's about everything you need to know for the 'Box Plan' the automatic win everytime in Faerie Cloud Racers, keep in mind to use it every time and you'll be having more points than you thought possible, and getting 1000nps a game! Be sure to read the rest of this guide for some extra useful stuff.
TIPS to take into consideration:
Tip 1 - Always, I mean always take the short cuts to ending your opponent. The quicker you beat your opponent the more points the more fun.
Tip 2 - Never get yourself in a situation where you would be trapped. Try to leave an open area bigger than your opponents at all times.
Tip 3 - Pay full attention to the game. Focus, focus, focus. Biggest majority of loses is from not fully paying attention (the second keyboard malfunctions, the third slow reaction times, and the fourth just plain old mistakes) and than there's the case of your internet connection.
Tip 4 - When formulating plans to defeat your opponent always make sure the avoidance of obstacles is in there too. If you make a plan and a obstacle is in the way that you didn't take into hand, then your going to either change it or suffer the consequences.
What's Hard?
Here are a select few that really make you angry and frustrated!
-The Obstacles!
-Your Faerie Cloud Dust
-When you get to close to the computer and they outsmart you!
-Walls
-Having to play 3 times to win
-When the speed greatly increases
-The area to play in being so small
-MISTAKES!!!

Known Bugs
So far, since I've been playing I've only seen one bug which doesn't affect your gameplay/score by my knowledge. The bug is sometimes when you first get to 1000 points (around there) your score disappears, but when you send score you still get it and when you advance through the levels it's still there it also appears at other points of the game and sometimes disappears all together for the rest of the game. If you know a bug about this game please tell me! Here is an example of this, see my score there is nothing even though I am at the tooth faerie level with space faerie (which is pretty far in it, I'm at stage 5) and I just got over a 1000 points.
