Hello guest, my name is IssuiHaka, and I am a Flotsam.

I am a great swimmer and I love diving deep into the shores of Neopia.

Here's a computer version of me in a pattern that I only wish they actually had a paintbrush of.
I'm painted with the pattern of a panda, but only on me, the darker color is a dark navy blue instead of black. The rest of my body is white. The blue on my dorsal fin extends to my pectoral fins and across my belly. I also have the same blue on my tail and around my eyes. My eyes themselves are a baby blue.


:D I won first place in the beauty contest on July 31, 2006!! Yea!
