F.A.Q and Rules

Just a few things you should read before you use my Layouts.

Please Do Not Remove Any Credit.
There really is no need for you to remove any credit. Please respect my work and leave it on there. It is reportable and I will not hesitate to do so.

I Do Take Requests (Sometimes).
You may request a Glitter, all you need to to is Neomail Jaquey with the Theme you would like. Remember to keep It Neopets Related.

This does not mean bugging me all the time if your Glitter is not done.
If your request is somewhere along the lines of,
Zomg n i plz Hve 1?//? Cn u Mke mi 1?/!?
I will not attempt to read it, nor should you press the send button on it, it will be rejected and you will be blocked.

Can you make one for my friend?
Sure, if your friend is the one that makes the request by herself/himself.

I Need Help Getting The Code Up.
All you need to do is copy the code you want and then add the Glitter Code anywhere you like.

One OF The Glitters Doesn't Work
Then tell the name of it and what the problem is. I cannot mind read.
