Chapter 1
H-help! S-someone help!" I cried quietly, I could hear other whimpering from underneath the pile. I took in deep breaths, fearful tears running down my cheeks. By now, a few other screams could be heard.

The war has started. Soon, my clan will evacuate. Everyone left underneath the rubble will either die from the impact or be left behind.

I can taste blood in my mouth, I'm scared.. I don't know what to do. I lift my paw against one of the large boulders on top of me and I push up on it, whimpering in pain as I do. The boulder barely budges, I drop my paw back to my side and the boulder breaks in two, I let out a loud scream as it tumbles down on me.
