Ice

You enter the rink, with your family ready to watch the big game. As you sit down, figure skaters are on the ice still, practicing and training for the big competition next month. You look around at all the skater, and notice the same bruce that was outside on the bench looking like his upset about something. You wondering if it had anything with the ice rink, or just other life problems. You beginning to think what might be wrong is he was a figure skater. What would the kids at school do? Why does he skate? Why isn't he now is he any good? With hundreds of questions running though your mind you decide to go talk to him.

Excuse me, may I talk to you?" The bruce, turns to face you slowly. "Um, I guess so." "Great, I was just wondering if you figure skate or not, you just looked upset about something." The bruce turns around slow., then turns around and smiles. "I have been told talking about it is, better, so can you keep a secret?" You nod your, and the bruce begins his story.

It all began when I was little, my dad and mom are royalty so my father was always of doing work, or fitting. My mom was always so worried about him, that she could handle being worried about me, so I was one of the very few young boys that never got to play hockey. My parents felt that I should learn respected and play a sport, leading to me becoming a figure skater. At first I hated it, all the girly moves, but as I got it the sport I realized how challenging the sport was. I required intense train and a lot of skill. From that I began to watch the sport on TV. The spins and jumps that they could do were amazing, so from that day forward I decided that I would be a figure skater.

My parents approved the idea of course, but also wanted me to go to school. Of course I would be bullied and made fun of. The tough guy that figure skates, I would be called nicknames like girly girl because people don't understand the sport, just like I didn't. I didn't want to miss out on school and friends, or skating. So, I spend my whole life living a lie. At school, I'm popular and tough, but here I'm an amazing, figure skater in training. It's like I have a double life, but some days it gets hard. I can't make plans with my friends and need to lie to them so they don't learn my secret, I can eat meat and lots of junk food, which my friends question. I miss so which school plus training time because of hockey game like today and being scared of being seen by someone at school. I don't know what to do or if I should even skate.

You stay there in shock. "Wow, that a lot on your mind. I hope you figure it out, but you know if you have good friends they will like you either way and you won't need to have a secret." "Ya, I guess your right, thanks for talking to me by the way. It's good to talk about it. Just don't tell anyone." the bruce says. "I won't," you go to turn away," You can call me guest, just call me if you need a talk." "Okay Thanks!" You slowly walk away as you wish the best of the young iceskatingbruce.

History of Hunik

Ice's Family

Lenny, the Royal Boy Lenny is Lovable's Husband. He is now the prince, his bleed is not royalty be was able to steal the heart of the princess. Lenny loves training Ice for War but is often bus at other villages making deals or hunting for food for the village to survive on. When he gets a break though, he love to go hiking with Ice. Lenny also never forgets his daughter iamreada, who his loves to taking to dance lessons.

Iamreada is Ice's younger sister.She always gets in the way and is really clumsy. She loves to hang around her brother and go dancing. She get injured a lot because she is clumsy but hopefully the princess training from Lovable will help with.

Ice also has extended family which he doesn't see much.

Story

Ice rushed into the area and grab his skates. "Hey Coach!" He screamed to his coach in the next room. "Hi ya, Ice, competition is in 2 weeks, I think we're going to work on triple axels today." "Sure!" Ice is ready and prepared for a challenging lesson to prepare him for the competition, which if he wins, he will be able to compete in the Olympics! On the ice, Ice warms up and goes through all his jumps and spins and meets his coach at the boards. "Ready? Let's see a triple then.." Ice nods his head and skates away. He skates around the end of the ice getting speed, as he near the take off of the jump, he bends his knees and up goes his whole body in the air. He squeezes in tight and begins to spin faster, once, twice, three times around! He goes to sit his feet on the ice for the perfect landing, but it slips and he crashes to the ground. Ice gets up and skates to his coach for advices. "If you do that in competition that would be amazing, but it can be better. We need to land this thing! Try to stand straight in the air." Bruce skates off again and tries again. This counties for the whole 3 hours, Ice lands a few and by the end he was landing them more often.

Ice goes to the change room."Hey, good lesson Ice! I think the competition is in the bag!" " Oh thanks coach," says Ice, yet he is very nervous. Ice packs up his things and heads for home to rest up for tomorrow early lesson in the morning then school. " Hey kiddo, how was your lesson?", Lovable asked. Ice turns," Pretty good Mom actually!" "That's Great Sweety, your dad's out again and I need play tea with your little sister, iamreada for a bit. Mind making your own dinner today?" "Oh, that's fine Mom." Ice goes to the kitchen, but even though mom doesn't like using the castle's staff, Ice gets them to make him some grilled cheese for dinner. Well, the people of Hunik need to eat somehow right, and most of them get there money here at the castle, home to Ice's family. Ice quickly eats dinner and gets ready to go to bed for a long day tomorrow.

Chapter 2: The Hockey Boy

Ice realizes that there is no way to stop the younger neopet from telling the school about the way Ice is a MALE FIGURE SKATER. He would become the laugh stock of the whole school by the end of the day. He doesn't have a choice. How could he bare the laughing and name calling? He was always a tough popular guy, how would his friends treat him? The only answer is to run away from this town of Hunik. To the farthest point in neopain from here. This location that Ice will run to is Terror Mountain.

Right then and there he decided that was he's going to go Terror Mountain. To run away from the horrible name calling and teasing that will soon break out. He couldn't go home, his mom and dad won't understand. He would just have to let them know he was okay later. He walked out to the change room, ripped off his skates, said bye to everyone, then began running in the direction of school so his coach wouldn't stop to question him. At that moment his long journey to Terror Mountain began. The only wish he had was that, he would soon day make it back to see his parents.
