Hello and welcome to Perfect Insanity! This is an anime graphic site designed to give people the satisfaction of Banners, and User Lookups. I have worked hard in creating this site ever since I got photoshop on December 25th, 2009. I have figured out basic photoshop and created this site to share my graphics with everyone that wants to use them. Stop by any time! Suggestions are always loved too! Please do not hesitate to neomail me about any thing you may need help with or a request. Though, I may not always be able to help, but I can certainly try! I must ask that you do not neomail my sides, though, because I won't always check them.
Please neomail aerosmack for any problems that may be in the coding or link.

About Requests: I do not make anything besides what I have on this site. I do not make shop layouts or guild layouts, petpages, etc., so please do not ask. Please do not waste my time requesting something and then not using it.

They do NOT have to be anime themed, either. I've been making plenty of neo themed things lately ^^ However, I am very sorry to say, but if I don't find an image to make what you request for, I won't be able to do it. Such as requesting a layout from a totally unpopular manga series that only has 2 images. :( Deeply sorry, dearies!
