Welcome, guest, to The Paws and Claws Adoption Agency! I'm Hunter, the one who runs the agency when Kat isn't around. Currently, we're trying to find pets who need a good home, whether they're stuck in the pound or being adopted out by their owner. Right now, two pets are living here. Please, have a look at them and see if you like them! By the way, there are other workers here too...
Hello there! I'm Spottedcloud, Kat's assistant! I'm the nurse of Paws and Claws, so I patch up any cuts or scrapes the pets have with my wide variety of healing herbs, counsel them when they first come here, and teach them the basics of Neoschool, like math and science.
Yo! I'm Dev, the Activities Director. I make sure that the pets here get their Physical Education by taking them to training schools, playing games with them, or going to Coltzan's Shrine. I also help Lion raise funds for the agency.

Rules
1. Don't ask if they're UFT! You will get no reply and will NEVER be able to adopt from this Agency.
2. No begging! I don't CARE if you really REALLY want them and they've been your #1 dreamie for years. Put real effort in your application!
3. Petpage apps are not required, neomails are fine. However, if you want to make one on a petpage, you MUST say that I did not force you to make a petpage application.
4. Please, no trophy pets. Look at them, and think "Do I REALLY want this pet? Does this pet REALLY inspire me?" If not, just don't apply.
5. You must have some sort of use for you pet! Use them for characters, put them in the Beauty contest, anything! It doesn't matter if you don't get a comic published in the Neopian Times or if you don't put their stories on a petpage, as long as they aren't rotting I'm fine with it!

DO NOT RETRADE!! If you are caught trading, you will be blacklisted!
7. Don't call the pet an it. You must use their name, nick-name, or gender.
8. Please neomail the account lioness678 with your application, the link to it, or any questions you may have. Any other neomails will be ignored.
9. Your acount has to be four or more months old to adopt a pet. If I have chosen you to adopt a pet but your account isn't old enough, I'll hold on to the pet until it it. ^^
10. Don't pound a pet just to adopt one here. Just because you applied doesn't mean you get the pet, so that would mean you pounded him/her for nothing.
11. Please list any accounts you have, even if their frozen. I won't hold it against you. =) Be sure to clearly state which account the pet would be going to.
12. Please put the pledge of good ownership in your application, which is listed below.
If I am chosen, I, (your name) , pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name) . I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again.

Checking In
The pets here have been recently rescued from the pound and are getting ready. They are getting books to read and a bit of training. Some are waiting to get painted. You're welcome to start an application, but don't send it in until they're ready!

Being Zapped
Currently I only have room to be zapping one pet. The pet here shall be zapped to change his/her color, species and stats.
Packing their bags
These pets are waiting for their new owner to be chosen. After the final deadline is reached, we send them to get their belongings and clean up their room, because they're getting adopted!
