ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS:
You do NOT need certian number or "worms", Neopoints, or items to be able to paint you pet Magma (It's most likely random)
Please do NOT believe people who are trying to get you to buy items that will increase your chances, because they are lying to you.

You don't need to have participated in the plot to use the pool
ANYONE can use it (we're pretty sure)

There are no time patterns that have been proven YET.
If you're wondering, I painted Huegos at exactly 4:15:42

TNT has not said that you cannot collect pets on side accounts.
It is allowed until proven otherwise.
HOWEVER, To be on the safe side, I recommend only makeing ONE magma pet.
A lot of people are having better luck on their side accounts than on their main acconuts, and are creating their magma pet on their side account.

WORMS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. AT ALL.

Once you dip your pet in the lava, the change cannot be undone.
Make sure you pick the right pet!
