One of the most famous Pirate Krawks in Neopian History is Swabby the Pirate Krawk (a villain in Attack of the Revenge). Not that I'm saying all Pirate Krawks are villains but we can be a pretty mean bunch. Oh and let me just take the time on behalf of my species to say the following:

Contrary to popular belief, Krawks are not native to Krawk Island. We were driven from Tyrannia to the island before the pirates arrived. The pirates thought that we were native to the island and named it after us. Krawk Island can be considered the home to the Krawk Neopet, as it is the only place in neopia we can be created.

Grimtooth Good 'ol Pops!

Swabby Uncle Swabby as I like to call him, was a member of Scarblade's pirate crew. His fate after the attack on Maraqua is unknown. I hope he shows up for the next family BBQ.

Dasher" Soley Soley has been with the Krawk Island team for as long as anyone can remember. In 2006 and 2007 he was the team Captain, playing as a forward. For a long time, soley has claimed each Altador Cup will be his final one, but he always seems to return for one more. As usual my brother is being a big drama queen...hope he doesn't see this.

Dorak Another brother. An enterprising young Krawk pirate, Dorak met his current fame when he was heading back from a successful raid on Krawk Harbor and was met by the Black Pawkeet. After barely escaping from his ship, being blown to splinters by the Pawkeet's cannonballs, he started going about the wreckage in a rowboat looking for all the Dubloons he hadn't been able to grab at his immediate escape. When he found them and some mines...well, you know the rest. You can replay his saga at Dubloon Disaster.

Gather 'round!

It's story time so come on lads and lasses gather 'round to hear me tale,
and how I was before I set sail.
Once upon a cool autumn day I was born but not as what ye see in front of thee.
A poogle I was as yellow as can be.
Craaackle, my mother
and sisters and brother
Did come to wish me welcome.

I was cute and adorable,
shy and playful.

But oh how they missed on that fateful day
as we frolicked and did play.
Waimanu yelled OPEN!
as he ducked behind me
and with a toss Noeltaa let the potion fly free.

It cracked on the ground and
spilled all around!

The sky opened and thundered,
What's going on? I did wonder.
Oh what a blunder
to be playing with transmogrification potions!

They all stared in disgust
That's when it dawned on me
No, No! It CANNOT BE!
I ran to the Rainbow Pool,
Hoping there was a rule
that stated only an owner could use these darned things!

I looked into the pool, then up to the skies
and yelled, for I had a third eye!

My scales were a murky brown or green,
from head to toe I was covered in a slimy sheen.
There must be a way to reverse this stupid potion,
perhaps some sort of free colour changing ocean?

I thought and I thunk
as I rested on a tree trunk.

I fell asleep.

I awoke the next day and returned home, my eyes (all three of them) red and puffy from crying. Craaackle accepted me back with arms wide open. Later after I had settled back with my sisters and brothers she took me aside and told me I was silly to ever think she wouldn't love me because my appearance changed. She knew I was upset about being a mutant so she took me to the Rainbow Fountain Faerie and allowed me to chose whichever colour I wanted. Naturally, I chose pirate.

And so it began...

Hi, this is craaackle! I've finally completed this page and I love it . It took me hmm, around a month or two, off and on. I learned a lot of CSS and HTML and I had a bunch of WONDERFUL neofriends helping me.

I'd like to take the time to thank bilieus for making the little pixel dubloon coins and the little pixel image of Hanraoi (and the portrait of me...yes, the rice krispie)! And it wasn't just her helping me paganlindz and Ellen also made pictures of Hanraoi for me. Anything that isn't created by me links back to the true creator.
