Welcome

On the outside, it's a forest, plain as day. Many disregard its existence, walking by with no more enthusiasm than if they were blind of the sight of it. And maybe they cannot see it; in fact, only those who believe can. Not the belief in magic, of course... Something far greater than that. They have to feel the great and powerful evergreens seep into the soil a person treads upon, to know that it's alive with a mind of its own. They have to sense the emotions of every being inside its warm and melodic borders, to hear their thoughts as if they were about to be spoken aloud. And it is in this that only a very few are allowed to witness what the forest actually symbolizes, and fewer still are permitted to approach it with a mind so empty that the fate of the world could be placed in it and it wouldn't notice. And if they were to cross into its realm, they would know exactly what to do and where to go, even though, to them, it would still feel like a brand new experience. But the fact remains that they have already been there, be it in a dream, a daydream, or another life. And it is only those who posess every trait of the above mentioned who will find this place.

I know this because I have lived here since the start of it all, since the first seed was planted so many years ago. I hold the forest's wisdom and all of its thoughts, because I was born into its endless branches, and it is where I shall stay forever. I am no spirit, mind you; nor am I any sort of magical folk. I simply am the Keeper of the forest's memories, contorted into a single strand of life that a certain individual must keep. Anywhere you look, there is a Keeper of a certain place, be it in the books or in sculpture, or simply by how things thrive there.

In this forest, it is not abnormal that it exists, but it is abnormal how it survives.

Appearance

Appearance- In Depth

Gliita is a special kind of Xweetok, you might say. Though she will stay forever painted green, she has the oddest quirk of... oddness... about her. xD

First off, she has long, elven ears. It was a hidden gene that had been lurking in her bloodline for generations, and finally become dominant on her. In other words, she is currently the only Xweetok that has custom ears as long as hers.
(which means knowing this and giving your xwee long ears would raise suspicion! Emily highly discourages doing this, as it is a true trait of Gliita, and would take away her originality.)
Secondly, she has a vine wrapped around her tail. Quill has started to call her "Vine-Tail" because of it. It was bestowed upon her when she was young, and as she grew, it seemed to grow with her, and now, no matter what she does, it doesn't come off. (which is probably Quill's doing...) On special occasions, her Vine-Tail will wrap around her back heels and span across her entire front legs, as a sign of new growth and celebration.

Physical Characteristics

Gliita's build is small and weak, but very fast. Through life in the forest she has learned to overcome many an obstacle without losing speed. She's been clocked at 30mph, faster than any human, while she zips through roots and crevices.
Her flexibility is moderately high, meaning she can bend in all sorts of ways, but she will most likely feel the pain afterwards. Her balance is random; it's either very good or very, very bad.
Her body strength in terms of fighting is so low that it should hardly be considered. Her ankles are extremely fragile and can easily be fractured. Just watch out for her teeth; each is tiny but wickedly sharp. She's also as light as a feather; a single blow could and most probably would send her flying. She can't recover from fights well at all... not even a single hit will let her stand up and face her opponent again. She's a rare sight as it is, and she only lets you move once before she vanishes.

Magical Characteristics

Despite her physical disadvantages, Gliita doesn't have much to back her up in terms of magic. For one, she doesn't even know what her powers are. Secondly, if for some reason they activate, she goes into a second conscious and doesn't remember it.
Magic must have entwined with her memory, though. You see, she has the most flabbergasting memory- able to remember every single event that has happened to her since age two. There's also a backup file in her brain that stores every memory of the forest; every sight, sound, and emotion has been recorded here since the beginning of time. Gliita stumbled upon it when she was young, and it fused with her, giving her the select magical abilities that she now has.
There are times when she slips into a second conscious and triggers enormous power deep inside her, but she doesn't remember any of it; she's not yet old enough.
Other powers are only known by Quill.
