Q : Why is your Neofriend requests blocked?
Before I decided to close requests, you won't believe how many random requests I got every week whenever I entered any pet into the Beauty Contest! x_x I was quite honestly swamped with them.

Most likely you sent me an old request, such as for the animated adoptables found on LegendStars page, which are retired now. Or I wasn't online when you sent it.. and you know how Neopets deletes mail after a set amount of time...? Lastly, it was probably because of your lack of eloquence or creativity. If you're dead sure that I read the mail but I still didn't reply, it's because you were either too rude or blunt in your mail that I didn't want to continue the conversation, or the character you requested me to draw was too unoriginal (i.e; a Uni that looks just like a red Uni except that the eyes are a different colour) for me to bother.

NO. Not only would it be risky transferring pets, but the labray could decrease your pet's stats and I don't want the blame. Besides, I paid money to get the labray!

Generally, no. Unless it's a pic of your pet. And if you do, you better link back.
Q : Can I enter your pic in the Beauty Contest/Art Gallery and give you the NP/rare items if I win?
NO!!!!!!! Check the rules... You only should enter art YOU drew! If I wanted np or rare items I could enter my own stuff, thank you. I've had one person enter my art in the Beauty Contest before - skatergirl8222 - and thankfully, I seem to have alot of eyes and ears out there, and by the time I even knew of the art theft, she was frozen ^-^ Trust me, I (and those honest people out there) strike quickly.

Hello there! I'm Sir Tisfrin Gielinor, the guardian of the Night Garden!
-Gielinor gestures around with a toss of his head. Your eye follows, and though it is nighttime, and the pale moon is your only light source (besides the soft green glow coming off of Gielinor,) you see the faint outlines of what seem to be strange flowers.
