I get a lot of questions about myself from a lot of people, so I decided to finally get my act together and make an F.A.Q. Everything you could possibly want to know about me (I hope) can be found here. If you have a question you don't see an answer to, then please, feel free to neomail me! ----- -General information- Q. What is your name? My internet alias is, of course, Amimain or Ami for short. My real name is private. I only tell that to my closest internet friends. :) Q. What is your a/s/l? Twenty-one, female, Vermont. Q. What are your interests? Astronomy, letterboxing, belly dancing, betta fish, dragons, the hammered dulcimer, Shakespeare, sailboats, grammar, crop circles, soy, etymology, red apple jelly beans, Christmas lights, autumn leaves, dark humor, trivia, glitter, thunderstorms, trees, walking in the rain, napping in the sun, writing, hiking, people-watching, sketching. Q. What do you do? I am a senior in college as a Professional Writing major. I'd love to do game writing, travel writing, or novel writing some day. Q. What are your hobbies? Drawing and writing, mostly. I LOVE acting, as well as playing video games and playing on the computer. Lately I've taken up bellydancing as well. Q. What are your favorite movies? Lord of the Rings, All the Pixar ones, Shrek, Mulan, Treasure Planet, The Terminal, anything by Hayao Miyazaki, A Fish Called Wanda, Legally Blonde, Kill Me Later, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc. Q. What is your favorite TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Firefly. Q. What is your favorite song/singer? This chances too quickly to be worth updating. I'm a big fan of Celtic music, especially with a contemporary flavor. Blackmore's Night is one of my absolute favorite bands. Q. What are your favorite books? Anything by Tamora Pierce, Lord of the Rings, A Place Where the Sea Remembers, The Kite Runner, A Fistful of Sky, Brave New World, Dragon's Blood, The Lost Years of Merlin, A Sky So Close. Q. Do you have any pets?? Yes, three dogs. Dolma, a Tibetan Spaniel and Collie mix, Sky, a total mutt, and Pippin, a purebred Papillon. I also have a green Betta named Orion whom I adore completely. Q. Any extra info? I'm naturally blonde, 5'7'', have blue eyes, and I'm an Aquarius! I'm also Caucasian. I can trace my family back to the Mayflower. On both sides! Anything else? I'll happily reply, provided I have the time and you dun tak lyk dis. Q. Can I be your neofriend? Neomail me first. If we hit it off nicely, then after a while, I'll happily accept. However, it's the talking that's important. Being neofriends doesn't really show much. Be warned. If you do request to be my neofriend out of the blue, I will delete the request. Q. Will you do an art request for me? No, sorry. Now that I'm in college, I barely have the time to do my own art. I don't have enough free time to put work into something and get nothing back for it. I may, however, do random fan art from time to time. Q. Will you do an art trade with me? It's a little tricky to find the time, and I often find out I'm disappointed by the other side of the trade. If you truly feel you're at the same skill level as I am, feel free to request. How I answer is based on how busy I am at the time. Q. Do you accept fan art? Of course! I ADORE art from others. It makes me feel loved. Please don't hesitate to give me any, no matter what it looks like! Q. What kind of adoptables do you do? I currently have Draik, Peophin, and Zafara. Eventually I will have a few others as well. Q. Do you take custom requests? Only from close friends, or those who are willing to do a trade. Q. Can I have your neopoints/items? Nope, sorry. Everything that I have gained has been from either my own hard work or the incredible generosity of friends. I don't have anything to spare. Q. Do you role play? Yes, I love role play! Though be warned: I have very high standards. I role play all my Neopets, mostly anthro. Everything else you need to know you can find in my special RP FAQ here. Q. Will you join my guild? Maybe. I'm pretty happy with my cryptic and utterly useless guild-of-me right now, though. ----- -Pet Related- Q. Can I have your pets? Again, no, sorry. I love all my pets dearly, and will never give them up to anyone. Q. Can my pet date your pet? Er...not out of the blue. I don't enjoy lovesicks. However, if something inevitably evolves through complex RP, then who am I to stop it?  Q. How do you pronounce your pets' names? Hehe, I realize they can be a little tricky. Here's a guide. (I got this lufferly idea from Reissue!).
