Guide to building a BD set for a specific amount of NP

Yellow. I are making a simple weapons guide that focuses on getting the right set for a budget.

Ok, So at the bottom there is a list of item I need to finish and sort. Also, I need to add three new sections:
1- Stealers
2- Reflectors
3- Fun items
All this BEFORE I actually get to make the sets !!

EXTRA:
I currently am thinking that the best all-rounder set for 70m is:
1- PCC
2- SOS
3- Pkiln/WOR (WOR just may be the better alternative)
4- MMoM
5- Gbomb
6- Bohd
7- Gshield
8- Ftab
Yes, I know the BOHD can be changed for KLP. I put it there because I want the set to be species independent.
Yes, I know the pkiln can be exchanged for GFD. But with SOS and PCC, do you really need GFD's randomness ?!
Yes, I know the set lacks a stealer. But, really, what can you steal that will improve the set ?!
Yes, I know I have Gshield and Ftab, and that it is overkill on defense. The idea is a set that can counter ANY lower 2p set, and STILL be the best 1p set you can have.
Yes, this set can be improved. NM me your suggestions please :) !!

Yeah, I slapped together a few sets for 3m and below. Don't laugh, I am just trying out what look good *angry* !! Also: some sets are very 1p oriented, the others are 2p, some are lost in the middle. Please NM me better sets in the 10k-3m range, thanks !!

Explanation:

Dual Duty: These items perform more than one function
Pure Damage: Items that do pure damage.
Defence: Items that defend.
Healing: Items that heal your pet.
Freezing: Items that freeze your opponent. Some items have a chance to freeze, some are guranteed.

Tactical: Stealing and such. This category has NOT been added yet.

It looks cool, affordable, and hits hard. 15 dark icons can rip through your opponent if they fail to defend themselves against dark attacks. Always nice to have this around for just such an occasion. Still, it's best used as a 3rd constant for 2 player given the number of gshield or ftab + rotl,moc, etc combinations roaming around. In 1 player, Sword of Skardsen is easily your best choice to use. Those dark icons are not so easily blocked by most of the 1 player opponents.

number2nub says: ECA is the most underrated weapon. I use it in 1p with my pet that is a low league and win a lot. For low league 1p battling ECA is a must. With a ECA and a ppot I can win more battles than someone with a billion np set with Jade SS as their healer in low leagues. I would recommend it up to 300hp. The great richardnub had a L9 pet with 200+hp and used it, although most 'experts' say its only good for up to about 100hp. I can easily heal over 400hp in 1p battles with it. It is also like a shield, it blocks all damage 30hp and less; its like a multi use Blue Scorchstone. Falcon says: THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION IS WAY TOO LONG !! You will also receive a reflected light attack (still shown as air icons) equal to 25% of the light icons your opponent has dealt, so it is pretty much like taking 125% light damage.
