Eugene is an old man, at 106 years old he is set in his ways- which to most who come upon him means a very bad thing. Eugene lives in Moab Utah, in a little cabin deep in the heart of the desert, and hates nothing more than the destruction and commercialization of the place he calls home. Finding him is hard, but getting away from him is nearly impossible. You see, Eugene has made it his life's goal to take care of every lost tourist who lacks appreciation of the natural world, driving across the wilderness is gas guzzling RVs, with loud music but even louder children. And also those government officials who seek to destroy his home via the construction shopping malls and paved roads in /his/ slice of desert paradise. But, not to worry, the average Moabian is safe, as long as they don't venture too far into the wilderness of their desert landscape.
